Went for the first time today. The owners are super friendly and helpful. Loved their energy. The cook each order to your preference. We got goat burgers and chocken wings. They came with a drink( we got Shasta pop) potato chips and sweets ( honey buns were our pick).
The burgers were worth the try and not dry. I'm saving the wings but they look so good and are large. They take card or cash. They also have chicken and turkey as well as jerky and other meats for purchase. They have a second location at the farmers market.

I was driving by this small little place off of E36th and N hiwassee and saw this little place with a sign that said goat burgers. I had to pull in and check it out. The service was amazing and their goat burger was even better. I will bring my family here. Not only was the burger amazing. The chicken and goat jerky was like nothing I’ve ever had. Snibbles deserves more than just 5 stars.

First time at the second location in Spencer. My sister and I were intrigued by the sign on the way to get our taxes done. We stopped on the way back. I had the goat burger and she had the beef burger. Both were delicious. We both bought, thanks to a sample, the chicken jerky and the purple sweet potato pie. Triple Yum all the way around.
They over charge for a small burger and there menu says that fries come with your burgers. That is not true the owner told me and my wife that they don't do fries just meats. But their menu says different. And when we went to order they didn't have anything that was advertised just beef. And still want to charge you full price for a meal. When all they do is burgers, no fries. No sides, and you have to get drink separate. And the guy running the register was very bossy. And rude to a lady that was in there why we were there. He had told her to put on gloves and make her own food.

This is what you call good ol cookout hospitality. I drive passed this establishment every day going to and fro work and everytime its the same. Closed. Yesterday, however, on 01/14/2025 I was elated to see a “grand re-opening” with vehicles present. The wife and I made the decision to finally get a chance to check it out and boy were we NOT disappointed. We both got a goat burger and loaded chili dog a piece, as well as bought a case of the ground goat meat and some links. The cooked food was incredible. The owner allowed us to sample the chili, which prompted us to purchase the chili dog, and it has to be some of the best chili I’ve ever tasted.
Tonight I’ll be making some goat meat pasta, and tomorrow will be goat links with some baby backs on the smoker.
Definitely a must stop if you haven’t tried the food!
