Can't review the food , showed up at 4 and door was locked, I waited 10 min and knocked multiple times with someone standing 10 feet away. Either they had headphones or didn't want to be open yet but frustrating nonetheless

The dough for the donuts is made a little thick instead of the light fluffy ones I'm used to from claremore (which is super yummy) we actually didn't end up eating them

The donuts here are simply awful. They are heavy and sticky, similar to the Krispy Kreme boxed donuts that you find in the store that have been sitting there for days. I've stopped here a number of times because it's on my way to work. Unfortunately, it's one of the only places in the area to get a quick breakfast. I've never had a warm freshly made donut from this place. They always taste like they are day-old (or older), so I no longer buy them. I thought that was kind of the idea behind a specialty donut shop... fresh donuts. Evidently not in Sperry. They do have some decent jalapeno sausage rolls. Unfortunately, they are often sold out by 7:30 a.m. Not sure why they don't prepare more sausage rolls. They usually have plenty of those terrible donuts, but no sausage rolls. That should tell them something.I have also tried their Pirate Eyes, which is a sausage patty and cheese in a round lump of dough. It wasn't bad, but they use too much flour, which coats the outside of the dough and makes it a really dry biscuit, that coats your mouth with flour paste. The donuts that you get at most gas stations and convenience stores seem to be fresher than the ones you get here. I don't know if it's because they are pre-made or just poorly made. But, that's the one thing that a donut shop should be good at... making fresh donuts.

Be sure and try the dough wrapped sausages, absolutely delicious; but get there early before they run out.

It's a little pricey for as small as the doughnuts and sausage rolls are ridiculously small so are the bar donuts

So good. Quick. Friendly and the donuts were really good. Honestly better than I’ve had in a long time. Krispy cream isn’t as good as these. Hurts donuts are always hard and not really that good. These were delicious. The sausage rolls were great too. Thank you for the breakfast and I hope you guys have a great day. ?
