Second time they did not get my milk ordered a plan smash burger today this is what I got

Yuck the cherry limeade was all carbonation. Can't drink it. My footlong hot dog was great . And the onion rings were not goid.

Most consistently good food of any sonic. We just moved, and the sonic in Spiro OK is on top of its game. We have been 4 times now and always fresh and friendly.

no ice cream due to "cleaning" hours before close.
This is the lousiest sonic I've ever been to. We moved to Spiro about a year and a half ago. We've been to this sonic numerous times. Tonight was the last time. Every time we order, something is off on our order, we get really messy cups, etc. I won't go back. Close it and open a Braums.

So I go to sonic for ice. It’s more expensive than other places but I like sonic ice.i also usually leave a tip. I am 6 miles from sonic so I expect some melting, BUT that is not a problem for me if I get a full bag. I don’t know who it was but I did not get a full bag of ice. I am so dissatisfied with this sonic! I wish you could see the picture it looks shameful!

I would like to start out by saying, I no longer work with this company due to the disrespect that employees give other employees and the drugs that are being peddled through the business. I also quit because Assistant Managers were very rude and yelling profane words towards the crew (lower than Assistant Managers) also its been a week since I quit and now the employees at this business are harassing me and mine, I have contacted higher ups like Jose Calderon, tonight my families lives were threatened and I attempted to call the GM where she was heard in the background of those messages laughing at what the employee was saying and letting him use the racial slur that starts with the letter "N" which shouldn't be used during the time he was working. The food there, is way under cooked, or overcooked, depending on who was working in the kitchen. Now don't get me wrong, there are employees that are willing to help some people that never worked fast food before learn what to do and how to do their job the right way. Also when you quit working there the GM will have her employees send messages making fun of other emploees with disabilities. I would rate this store as a zero if I could. This place is a complete mess. Other Assistant Managers spray perfume where there is cooked food and being prepared to cover up the smell of drugs (Marijuana) in the building. Please do something as this is unsafe to be serving the community. Also everything in that store is breaking down and not getting fixed.. I would hope that the corporate office will do something to fix this as this is not the way to run the store. The GM turns off the cameras so that way it isn't recorded and the higher ups dont see what is being done in the store. There is no training by the managers and they expect you to know where everything is and what to do when you dont have to have experience to start the job.. hopefully included in this the messages that were sent about me while I still worked there. Those were sent from someone at the store just a fake account. Do better Sonic spiro oklahoma, also included in the messages is the screenshot of me letting Milissa Pacey know about the drugs

So before I start I am a former "disgruntled"(or the store will say) employee. I worked my rear end off for this location for about 2 months. Went in worked; went home. For the review they will discard it so the employees can have that pizza party. So I was fired on my day off. They lied on me and said I was racist towards employees or customers. Two weeks ago I reported that the employees were doing drugs in the company bathroom and freezer with food we serve our customers. Nothing was done to these employees and they got to keep their jobs. So for all the customers who eat at this location, they don't cook the food according to FDA approved guidelines, unless corporate is in the store. During our last audit the dishes they make and serve the food with was contaminated with bacteria and chemical residues. That's why we failed our last audit. We should be a better business for our customers and for he community, and for that I apologize. I have worked fast food and in the food industry since I was 16 and I can tell you from experience, that I have never felt this disgusted from a company before now. The managers are dictators and they will lie to make their life and lifestyle more convenient, I feel bad for the customer(s) who got the corn dog that one employee dropped on the floor and served to whoever the waiting customer was. I did my job and I followed all the guidelines that the USDA and FDA approves and if they don't then they need shutdown, or corporate needs new management again. Sorry for the rant. If this posts gets deleted then I will just repost and corporate can handle it as I have already reported everything to them. I come here often and usually it's fine. Today I placed an order on the app before I even left my house on the edge of Panama. I arrived a minute after my projected pick up time, and the screen told me my order would be right out. Tell me why, after I pre-tipped, I was brought cold food over 10 minutes after a carhop was supposed to be "headed my way?" This location cheats their order completion times by marking orders as delivered to cars well before they actually are. Which is a fireable offense and also can get a franchise license revoked and get them shut down if enough people report it to corporate. When I first arrived, they had actually lost track of where an order was supposed to go because of this, and were going around to cars asking who it was for. I usually dont care if they fudge their order completion times a little, but when it's affecting quality of food and their ability to get orders where they go, there's definitely a problem.

Waited an hour and a half just to tell us they didn't have half the ingredients for the food we were ordering plus they said they didn't have ice cream after ordering off their app. I went 3 towns over just to get something for my little family.
Parking: Tiny parking lot especially for bigger trucks. The parking to ordering is to small in general.
