I placed a mobile order and checked the bag to make sure our food was correct before driving off. 1 thing was wrong, we received a jr chili cheese snack wrap instead of the regular size that was ordered. No biggie, pulled around and pushed the button to let someone know. Once I explained what happened I was told that we ordered the jr size and received the right one. I told her I'm looking at the receipt and we were clearly charged for the regular size. Why she felt the need to lie I don't understand. So I'm told now that they'll get the right one out to us. The chili cheese snack wrap we then received was the sloppiest thing I've ever seen with chili all on the inside of the wrapper. Seems like this situation could have definitely been handled more professionally by their staff.

My wife ordered a cheeseburger and onion rings to bring home to me. The cheeseburger was good. However, the onion rings were mostly uneatable. They were overcooked, coating was hard and I couldn't bite or chew some onions. Stick to the fries.

Full of tweakers and children that don’t get trained whatsoever. Every milkshake is a liquid, usually the same with slushes. I’m surprised this sonic hasn’t went out of business yet.

Pretty much everyone in this area knows how horrible the Spiro sonic is, only because of the child who runs it. The GM is a literal tweaker. She has the employees reuse cups they drop or from orders that didn’t get picked up, using harsh chemicals to clean the styrofoam cups, I’ve been told by multiple workers. I found that out by complaining to a friend that worked there at the time about a ocean water I had finished halfway to open it for some ice and i found a RING OF DIRT INSIDE THE CUP. One of whom worked there for multiple years. The reason I’m leaving a horrible review now is because of this morning. My elderly 73 year old dad walked to EZ mart in Spiro. On his walk back, he was out of breath because of his COPD, so he stopped at the break area in the back of the sonic building to sit down and catch his breath. Nobody was there. Mind you, there have been MULTIPLE TIMES I’ve seen strangers sitting at that table, with or without sonic workers, and have never been asked to leave. But the GM decided to come outside not even a minute after my dad sits down to tell an elderly man with a vietnam veteran hat that he needs to leave. He proceeded to apologize and tell her he was just catching his breath, when she rudely interrupted him and told him he still needed to leave, but he could walk back up to the front and sit down at the dining tables. He had just walked from that direction, which I know she had seen him as most people know there are windows everywhere but the back of the building. I’ve always known and seen how strung out on drugs this lady is, but she is completely unprofessional, disgustingly rude to customers, and lacking of respect for elderly people.

Why on earth did you make 19 stalls Mobile Pick Up only? Not everyone wants to have to use your app to be able to order food. I have enough apps on my phone without having to add yours. Seems like having an app on my phone is more important than having me as a customer. All the regular stalls are full and all but 3 mobile stalls were empty when I came. Great way to lose money!
