I absolutely love this subway compared to the others in the area! The staff is always welcoming, and very talkative. The food is great, and the inside is very clean!
Unfortunately, I've had some personal encounters with some of the other, very rude, guest. I personally don't think the workers deserve that kind of unfair backlash. It's all too often rude customers are causing a scene. There might be something in the water ig 🤷♂️
Overall 10/10 service. Would most definitely eat here again.

One of the worst customer service especially when a shift lead or manager doesn't know how to handle a situation about a order that was placed for pickup and the order not be there and then somehow got picked up for delivery like how does a order get picked up to be delivered when the order was for that person to pickup themselves and then proceeded to tell me her name like it meant something,at the end of the day you could have acted your age instead of just ignoring the situation,it's okay to not understand something but to treat any customers like you did was just wrong and should know how to handle yourself instead of screaming your name at them,and let the customer address the situation before just rudely interrupting them like that's no way to be to someone customer or not,it's bad when your workers has better customer service then you do

Ordered food online for pickup via DoorDash at the Spiro location. When I went to pick up the food they told me that my order had already been picked up and that they weren’t going to give me my food. I tried explaining that I hadn’t picked up my food and showed them on my DoorDash where it hadn’t been picked up and they still refused to give me my food! The manager Stephanie was very rude and hateful and said I was just scamming to get more food. This was dinner for my daughters.. and they also said “I better not cancel my order or they won’t get their money” Will be reporting this higher up, will not let this go! Very disrespectful and rude.

My four year-old little girl was looking at the pumpkins that they just put out. The woman started hollering and screaming at her, telling her not to touch them very disrespectful and if she cannot handle children or customers she needs to go and find a new career very disappointed today
Need more training on what a sandwich is especially when someone says they want a BLT and the person asks what that is or the sandwiches we flatter then a pancake. After getting 8 or 9 sandwiches to feed a family it costs over $70. I won't be going back to that place I'm

Sandwich was great! Service was awesome, they messed up my sandwich but it was made again wonderfully. The lady with red hair made my experience great! She spoke good to her coworker and they did great to accommodate me and all my questions about their menu and prices.
