The first time I came here they got my drink totally wrong and charged me way too much then the second time I come they totally screw up my order which had three combos on it each combo was totally messed up slow service do not recommend will not be back!

Bacon ranch queso fries 🤣 guess you have to finish making to the food yourself. You will get your order wrong 9 time out of 10, and the managers never give a f. The rest of my food was wrong too btw.

Since management has changed I have really enjoyed eating here. The service is fast and friendly and the food is so much better. I haven’t had a problem with there being a shortage of anything I ask for. Great job guys!!!
I give this Sonic in Stigler a very low rating. Reasons: I had to repeat my order several times and they still didn't get it right. The chili cheese dog was awful. The hot dog alone was horrible and there was hardly any chili or cheese on it. The tater tots were cold and not cooked all the way. Overall, it was a waste of money and time. I will not be going back there. I have not had this experience at other Sonics in other towns. ?

I ordered slushes and they were watered down and liquid I returned to the store and asked for sodas instead. They fulfilled this request. I asked to speak with a manager and had a conversation about customer service with her because it would have been obvious that the slushes were watered down whenever the server was preparing them and they could have communicated that with me and the situation would have been avoided. I left it at that and returned home. When I got home I found that all my order was thrown together carelessly and sloppy, I wish I would have checked that before I left. I will most likely be returning to my original policy of Stigler Sonic is a no go and a waste of money.

This is some of the worst service I've ever received at Sonic drive-in. If I could give zero Stars I would!
Our order was not correct. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing time and as we were waiting an extremely long time to receive our order a female employee with dark hair came out to speak to the person in the stall next to mine. It wasn't clear whether they were acquaintances or if that person was a customer but the employee was very loudly and rudely complaining about not being able to leave work on time because of all of the business coming from the Stigler high School Graduation.
One would think an employee who has a company's best interest in mind would be happy to be receiving more business. Especially considering that they were still on the clock for another half hour.
I asked for a Grape Cream Slush and received what I believe was a grape slush with a shot of sweet cream in it.
Truth be told.. the food sucked, the drinks sucked, and the service sucked. And I will probably never go back to this particular Sonic.
