I ordered two Sonic cheeseburgers online using the app. I ordered one with no tomatoes and one with no pickles. Both burgers were missing lettuce and they didn’t include the tomato in one of the burgers. They also put hardly any sauce on the burgers. The speed of the service was great though.
Since management has changed I have really enjoyed eating here. The service is fast and friendly and the food is so much better. I haven’t had a problem with there being a shortage of anything I ask for. Great job guys!!!
They regularly ignore you, mess up your food or drink and run out of stuff all the time. I think this is a management issue. How does a burger joint run out of burgers? How do they run out of ice cream or hot fudge regularly?? And I am a diabetic so when I order a dang DIET drink then please stop giving me fully sugared version. Y'all are gonna kill someone, not that any of you care it seems. Geez
