Horrible burger. Bun was stale. Burger was room temperature at best. I have fairly low expectations of MD's. This was even worse. Awful.

Woman at counter wouldn't take our order but directed us to kiosk. Then when the kiosk did not provide option to add mayo to a fish sandwich, they said we have to transfer the order to counter where they could then add the mayo. Not cool.

Ordered food and then didn’t give all our food. Then wanted us to pay again for something we never received. Terrible service and didn’t want to make right at all

Complain about an incident that took place at your McDonald’s restaurant located at 201 W Locust St, Stilwell, OK on November 12, 2025. The situation involved both the mishandling of my family member lost cell phone and unprofessional.
During my family member visit, he accidentally left his cell phone at the restaurant. They called the restaurant to asked about the cell phone. The employee who answered the phone state there was a cell phone found there. When returning to the restaurant to retrieve the cell phone the staff were dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of showing concern or making any effort to assist him in locating his phone, the employees refused to help and we felt that his request was not taken seriously. My family made the called since it was a far drive and asked if his phone was found. The person who answered the phone said yes and for them to return to retrieve the cell phone.
What made the situation even more distressing was the apparent racial bias displayed during the interaction. While they were trying to explain the situation, none of the employees wanted to helped. They told my family members to come back to asked 2nd shift for the lost cell phone. Since they had no idea about the lost cell phone. My family member went back home and return as told. When they returned to ask 2nd shift. It was the same interaction. None of the employees wanted to helped with my family lost cell phone when they were clearly told the phone was found there and to return to retrieve it. My family felt they were singled out and asked for security footage. That’s when one of the employees decided to go back to grab my family cell phone. The behavior made them feel humiliated and singled out.
As a customer, everyone expect fair and respectful treatment, regardless! Losing a personal item is stressful enough, but being treated with disrespect and prejudice made the experience far worse.
We request that McDonald’s investigate this matter thoroughly. We would like to know what actions will be taken regarding the mistreatment.
Thank you for your time and attention to this serious issue. We look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this matter.

Waited 30 minutes in drive thru for my order and when I went inside they acted like they had given me my food when they hadn't. After we opened the bag realized I only got half of what I ordered

Restaurantji Recommends
Was served raw meat on both sandwiches, customers in lobby were also served raw meat and chicken, not including anyone else, and i mean RAW pink. Did not get any monopoly pieces for the THIRD TIME, and had to drive all the way back, waste of an hour and a half which should have only been 30 minutes of my time. Would not recommend this location due to multiple bad orders. Besides all of this, the one person who made a difference in the entire situation was a gentleman in the drive thru taking orders on 10/27/25 who went above and beyond for his store and customers, he deserves a raise and props for being the only good thing about this whole store, he did a really good job trying to make the difference and i appreciate it. His name is Koda and I hope it gets recognition for employee of the month along with the raise he deserves.

Went to this store this morning and ordered 3 apple pies and small coffee. Paid the bill and then was informed no pies available. Keep in mind I have recieved nothing for my money at this point. I asked for a refund and was told no refunds under $10. There were no signs saying under $10 we keep your money if you get your order or not. No pies have been cooked and no coffee poured they have the product and the money. They offer you somethimg else and if you say no they just pocket your money if you like it or not. I say to you what I said to them......keep the $6 it is worth it for me to know what you really are --beware.
In 4 years of frequently coming to this McDonalds I have NEVER EVER just pulled up and got my order. You 100% have to pull and wait for your order. And 9 times out of 10 you get cold fries. After today I'm done with with location.

Ordered through the app and was waiting for curbside. After 23 minutes I had to leave for a previous appointment. Tried to go in and and get a refund, said they couldn’t do it and that I would have to call a number. Went through that nightmare.
It’s been 3 months and my money still has not been refunded. Thinking hard about legal action.
