Went to this store this morning and ordered 3 apple pies and small coffee. Paid the bill and then was informed no pies available. Keep in mind I have recieved nothing for my money at this point. I asked for a refund and was told no refunds under $10. There were no signs saying under $10 we keep your money if you get your order or not. No pies have been cooked and no coffee poured they have the product and the money. They offer you somethimg else and if you say no they just pocket your money if you like it or not. I say to you what I said to them......keep the $6 it is worth it for me to know what you really are --beware.

In 4 years of frequently coming to this McDonalds I have NEVER EVER just pulled up and got my order. You 100% have to pull and wait for your order. And 9 times out of 10 you get cold fries. After today I'm done with with location.

Tried to go in and and get a refund, said they couldn’t do it and that I would have to call a number. Went through that nightmare. It’s been 3 months and my money still has not been refunded. No matter when I make an online order I wait 20-30 min for my food and the last 2 times I went they shorted me food. I go in and they treat you like you’re a liar. They are the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever gone to and hate that this is the closest one to me. I cannot wait for Westville to open up. I would rather drive to the next town to get better service than deal with the people at this one.
Same as always, my husband's an addict but i wish they had some salads.

I drove into one of the curbside deliveries and ordered my food. Over the next 21 minutes I saw 7 cars pull up and leave with their food. Over 40 thru the drive thru. Finally, my order came out, but it was incorrect. I told the worker that I would just cancel my order. I tried that and it wouldn’t work. I went inside and had to wait good 2 minutes before someone in the back came out to talk. I explained what happened and she simply didn’t care. I wanted my money back, and they wouldn't give it. I could see the manager she turned and looked my way and rolled her eye. They wouldn’t make the order or give my money back. I was told 3 different reasons why my order was so late.

Me and my husband ordered breakfast an hour before lunch and we make it up to McDonald's and I look at the app and it said our ordered has been canceled so my husband go's in and asked about it they said we didn't start on your ordered yet so we had to ordered lunch we waited for an hour we got are ordered and we where missing food so my husband went in again to get the food and he said there were 4-5 Employees standing around not doing anything and they look at him and when he Finally got someone over there he had told them he was missing food and they gave him Attitude and when we Finally got to eat the food was Disgusting so it's safe to say we're not going back

I've never had a longer wait than at this location. Doesn't matter if you order ahead or at the window, you're going to wait 20 minutes to order/check in then longer for food. There's zero sense of timeliness. We usually only stop on the way through town but at this point I will stop anywhere else.
