They are slow takes almost half an hour to get the food I ordered for me and my elderly father WILL NOT BE BACK and they never get my burger right

I have never not been pulled into a parking spot to wait coming here. My recommendation is to, use your food runner to improve kitchen throughput so the food is ready by the time the car reaches the window. This reduces the need for parking spots, keeps the drive through flowing and improves customer service. Obviously, there is a need for training here

The food is McDonald's it's the same. But what sucks is every time I go I have to park and wait. By the time the food gets to me it's cold. The wait time is way longer than at any other McDonald's I've ever been. I think since it's such a small town and there aren't many options they can get away with it.
I don't blame the workers, in fact I'm grateful for them I'm sure they have someone telling them to get as many people through so they can make money and don't care about the service.

911 lunch emergency. I ordered a chicken big Mac meal and a McDouble. They didn't give me the McDouble. ☹️ Shame on me for forgetting to check my bag. Boo on the staff for missing the burger, they weren't even busy.

I am new to the area and at a local hospital needing food abd something close by and it shows online it's open but the entire store is being remodeled it is closed and it's just wrong to show its open and only minutes away but it wasnt.
