The wait was extremely long for no reason. While we waited we watch workers pass by us like we weren’t even there. Our food was done for 10 mins and they never called our number.

The staff was very friendly, wait time was okay but they were packed in the drive thru, the store wasn't very clean. There were dirty tables, no ketchup tubs, then the ketchup ran out, and there was no one to refill because they were busy.

The customer service and cleanliness of the Sulphur Braums has been steadily going down. Tonight was by far the dirtiest eating establishment I have ever seen. I was totally ignored for several minutes before anyone ask to take my order. Every table was dirty and there was food on the floor under the tables. I have noticed this several times in the past and at different times of day.

Takes way too long to get waited on at the drive through. You can go in and get out faster. I go to Braums in Okc, Moore ,Norman ,Purcell, etc. only Sulphur’s serves is horrible . I now avoid it. When at Sulphur we eat somewhere else.

I’ve had several instances where an employee up front , i’ve had history with. I’ll pretend like I don’t even know them for a better interaction. But no they either give me a dirty look and an attitude while taking my order or they look me up and down and walk off, making me wait for someone else to be available when they could just not be petty. Respectfully the place looks filthy most the time too.

I live here in sulphur and everything I go through drive thru its at least a 30 minute and the sign is not lit up to see and get rudely treated by drive thru personally shove your order at you and no thank you mostly by night crew I have never been to a braums that act rude to you
