Good as always

We stopped in for a quick lunch. I like their chicken tenders with gravy.

My 2 cons for this place is strawberry ice cream is always soft.
And alot of times we will just leave because employees just ignoring customers. They have good products. Like Lasagna.

My fav is my personal requested breakfast bowl. Sure wish they would add to the menu!

The Sulphur store use to be a good place to eat. Not anymore. The last few times I’ve went the food was terrible. Went again this morning for biscuits and sausage, biscuits were petrified like they were nuked in a microwave. Sausage was just as bad.

⭐☆☆☆☆ - Extremely disappointing experience
I waited in the drive-thru line at the Sulphur Braum’s for over 20 minutes. When I finally got to the speaker, I sat there for another 3 minutes with complete silence—no greeting, no “please wait,” nothing. So I pulled around to the window and calmly asked if I could just place a quick order there (I just wanted a sundae).

The young manager with the green apron and dark, curly hair immediately became hostile—slamming her hands on the window ledge and snapping that I could not order at the window and that I had to go back through the long line again. Her tone and attitude were completely unnecessary and incredibly unprofessional.

I was polite the entire time. There was absolutely no reason for the outburst. Sadly, this isn't the first time I’ve seen this same employee treat customers rudely.

I won’t be going back to the Sulphur Braum’s again. Do better.

Our Brains is usually very clean, very fast, and has lovely people working there!

I would like to start off with the customer service it was horrible I’m young but I have worked in fast food very surprised they still have jobs there and second I ordered a doctor pepper just taste like syrup third of all when we got our orders hardly any fries food was lukewarm it was like they had these meals pre made lukewarm I would not recommend getting the chicken dinner meal!

What is the point of a drink carrier if you have to use 2 hands? Either need to train employees to double up or invest in better carriers. Twice now I've had all of my drinks topple over and spill everywhere.

No clean tables.

Never had a problem till today, that girl with red hair that work there was racist gave us a nasty look and told another employee to attend us while she was just standing
