The staff was very friendly, wait time was okay but they were packed in the drive thru, the store wasn't very clean. There were dirty tables, no ketchup tubs, then the ketchup ran out, and there was no one to refill because they were busy.
Braum's fast food chain are usually great, even crave worthy. Our local Braum's has teenagers out of control making your food, taking your orders, singing loud, yelling back and forth, our food has been burnt or burnt tasting lately. It takes an extreme amount of time to wait for so called "fast food" here. Hiring teenagers is great if you have one with leadership skills or an adult who is mature enough to oversee the work. I always enjoy a trip to Braums. Grocery items are fairly priced and usually fresh. Our favorite take-home ice creams are the sherbets (pineapple and cherry limeade), the low carb ice cream (vanilla bean), and French variety (french vanilla and especially the egg nog in season). Braums has good lunch specials, and I usually sub a chocolate shake for the soft drink with their junior burger combo. My only problem is that they don't stock diet sodas, and their egg nog is gone...
