Mazzio's Italian Eatery

Called to see if they have a salad bar and was told they only do buffets during the morning... Got here, salad bar is open, she pockets money from the register from the customers in front of me (which could have been a tip) then I order.

Two AYCE salad buffets and two drinks. She says $16.40. when my card receipt comes through she charged $17. (Ok so I'll believe that's taxes, that's fine.) Then she gets rude that I didn't put a tip on the paperwork since she was the person I talked to when I called about if they had a salad bar. She huffs and rolls her eyes as I hand her the receipt.

Look I'm not saying she doesn't deserve a tip but if you're only taking orders, not even taking pizzas to tables or filling the salad bar, you should have to share that tip with the rest of the workers that ARE doing those things.

She would rather have a conversation with another customer than take the orders of people in line. So Mazzios owners, you should probably do some retraining. That's all I have to say.

Good pizza

Horrible. Will not go again. Overcharged us and said since we already had paid, she couldn't do anything about it. Then, she laughed at me.

Cleanliness is an issue. You stick to the carpet as you walk and cigarette ashes in the pop despenser runoff

I ordered a small pepperoni and mushroom pizza. It would have been a really good pizza but it had sugar and cinnamon in it. I assume someone made my pizza in the same spot that they made the dessert. It was a weird combination and it didn’t sit well with me.

Really enjoy this place with my family on Sunday after church.Staff is great and accommodating. Pizza is good but the salad bar is the highlight. Great job guys

I recently dined at Mazzio's and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food and the friendly atmosphere. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect. The dishes were fresh, delicious, and served promptly. I asked for my wings crispy from the cashier the short lady with blue glass red hair. Was rude when I got my food as I explained that they were not crispy and super soft with skin of chicken falling off. She stated that was as long as they could cook the wings?. Everyone doesn't like soft wings or chicken. For example everyone doesn't like they steak rare. The manager was nice and gave me a refund and I bought a pizza instead. I really wanted my wings tho. This is only place with wing in area. So please be able to cook wings to preference when asked.
