The customers in the lobby are ignored for a good 10 minutes or so. We were about to walk out when someone finally took our order. They do not acknowledge the customers at the front counter. They pay more attention to the drive thru and still get those orders wrong as well. Also why are y'all so skimpy on the gravy?

Ate a quarter pounder yesterday, noticed on the box it says, they planted a seed to grow your burger. Plant based and it taste disgusting. Im done with McDonald's

🍔🍟 Big shoutout to the McDonald’s on Choctaw & 240! 🙌 The staff here is always friendly, fast, and gets my order right every time. Drive-thru is smooth 🚗💨, the food is fresh & hot 🔥, and the restaurant is clean and welcoming ✨. Definitely one of the best McDonald’s around! 👏👏

I ordered 1 large fries and 2 smoothies and the fries were cold and not cooked and I never got the smoothies and I stood at the counter waiting for someone and the same guy kept walking passed me and no one ever came over so I just said screw it and left

My order is always piled into one bag and most of the time, incorrect. The staff is very unfriendly. One girl gave me attitude because I asked for straws. Just always a bad experience here.

It's McDonald's that's not what it used to be the people do the best with what they have in their corporate office need to step up and make the Big Macs like they used to and the price nice and crispy no grease let these people change the oil more often in the Friars I know corporate office wants to save money but it's just not the McDonald's of days passed
Food quality is about what should be expected. About half of the tables inside are dirty every time I have ate inside…. High traffic is understandable, but the only time I go inside is right at 6 a.m. when they open. This morning, there were two strands of hair on the table.

My husband and I were 1 hour away from closing, we go very often and sometimes they get confused with the order but we let it go, only today we ordered 2 Spicy McCrispy plain and they added sauce, in a good way we told them and the manager said that It's always like that but we know it's not because we've been buying for years, we just said ok and they changed it but they gave us what they wanted in a bad way, if they had had a lot of people we would have understood but there was no no costumer, we won't return it, we just left
