We asked for pepperoni lovers stuffed crust. But it definitely wasn't, like a few slices of pizza didn't have but 2 pieces of pepperoni. The sauce tasted different not very good

Man they delivered to are house a few days ago but all of a sudden can't delivered today? Yall are the worst pizza hut. Honestly don't know why yall aren't shut down!

Tries to call and speak with a manager to correct my problem. Was put on hold almost 10 mins before I finally hung up. The pizza didn't have the extra cheese or mushrooms I paid for. The veggie pasta had 6 sli ers of bell pepper, 4 slices black olives and 5 slices of white onion. Hubbys chicken Alfredo had 6 pie es of chicken. Pasta was on overload in both bowls. I had to add veggies and cheese to make it edible. Grease caused the bag of breadsticks to completely soak through all over my stove where I sat it to keep a bit warm. I am shock since we have always been good customers. Maybe it is time for Mazzio's or Cely's. I just wanted 1 weekend off and we chose the wrong restaurant to help with my peaceful weekend.

Worst experience ever! They didn’t get my phone number right, said they called twice and left 2 messages. They called the wrong number. Now my pizza is late and cold, salad is hot from being left in the bag for over an hour. Mazzio’s is the way to go in this town! Sulphur, Ok

I have held off on writing this review for two days or so. Having said that, this pizza hut should close down. Management decided the buffet had to go. The fountain drinks had no ice. The bottled drinks were slim pickings. The table were not clean. The interior looked old and worn out. There were boxes piled in spots in the dining room. We did dine in, but should have taken it to go. They brought it to us in boxes with paper plates. I tried to cancel the order but they couldn't since it was processed already. The worst pizza hut I have ever been too. The staff was clueless and to busy doing karate kicks behind the register. Never going back unless the store is remolded and a under new Management sign is hung out on building.

The Pizza Hut experience is gone, salad bar is gone, dine in is gone, service is non-existent but they still want a tip, and what's up with charging for parmesan. That's something I've made fun of Dominos for doing because they are money grubbing company with trash pizza, and now Pizza Hut is no better. I'm not sure how much, if any, business I'll be doing with Pizza Hut going forward.

Arrived around 7pm. We dined in.The place is not in the least bit welcoming. The Buffett tables were full of delivery bags. Several of the booths are full of pizza boxes and crates of two liter pop bottles. They are using most of the dining room for storage. It’s a mess in the dining room. Our order was wrong after waiting 30 minutes on it. We only received paper plates and plastic forks. The food was just okay.
