Absolutely delicious! Excellent customer service, as well! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Well the Food is definitely not Tex Mex standards nor portions. Salsa was thin and runny. Margarita was sweet and weak. So you are correct. Definitely not Tex Mex!
Positive note. We were waited on fast. Staff was very friendly.

We were camping and hungry for Mexican food and boy, did we pick the right place!!! We all voted and this is the BEST Mexican restaurant any of us have been to. And we have been to a LOT! The staff was super friendly, the food is INCREDIBLE! I’m sad we bought groceries because I would eat here every single day if I could! We are here for lunch and then went back for queso to go that night! I wish this was in my home town!!!
Very rich!!!
Spectacular attention thank you

Honestly, great food. We stopped on a road trip. We had carne El jimador and the Chile Colorado. The fajita meat in the carne was delicious. The Chile Colorado was excellent as well but not, as the menu describes, extra spicy. Sad face. The refried beans were some of the best I've ever eaten. The salsa tastes just like On the Border's, but that's not a bad thing. If this were near home, I'd eat here regularly.

Okay Mexican place in town. Pretty standard fare, a huge menu but most dishes are the same basic components (meat, peppers and onions) in different combinations.
Service was okay, just trying to get you your food, not trying to be friends, but efficient.
I would come back and just know what to expect. Decent plate, full of food, and reasonable prices.
I don't know how it compares to the other places in town.

Do not recommend. Waited forever for a server then got drinks and no further service. After nearly an hour we left. ?

Best food in town by far. We were working in town for tornado clean up and this place was our favorite. Ate here four times and it was great each time. Our servers were very friendly. I would highly recommend the Mexican pineapple.
Vegetarian options: The avocado enchiladas are great.
