This is such an amazing hotel. Swimming pool is amazing. Hot tub is unbelievable and the restaurant is amazing!!!
I enjoyed everything about my meal here, except for one single thing - it was tough to find the place! I knew where it was supposed to be, but I didn't know it was upstairs from the parking lot. The food was excellent, the server was friendly and attentive, and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend.
Food was good, but not great. A bit pricey for what you are eating.
Food is good and It is always a treat to get pork skins and pimento cheese!
An oasis! Fantastic food in a beautiful town.
A nice getaway very close to turner falls
Good food!
Gotta be the nicest restaurant for miles around. Service was top notch. Food was above average. Prices were fair.
I love this hotel, especially at Christmas time, but my last experience with the casino and restaurant have made me not want to come back for awhile. I never expect to win when I go but it would be nice to play a little bit. I didn’t see one person getting paid out. The restaurant is really good and we normally eat there every time but this time we didn’t. We gave the hostess our name and number and they said it would be about 15-20 minutes so we went to the bar and had a drink while we waited. After about 25 minutes we went to see how much longer it would be. The hostess was not at the stand, he was cleaning tables, while we were standing there a waiter came and asked the couple in front of is if they had a reservation, they said no, then the waiter was going to seat them, I said we did and no one let us know our table was ready. So we were finally seated and after about 5 minutes the waitress finally came over to take our order. She took our order and 10 minutes later our queso came out but not our drinks. The queso was cold, so we were going to send it back when the waitress brought us our drinks but she never did. She kept going to other tables and then stood at the bar talking to another waitress. We ended up telling another waiter to tell our waitress to cancel our order and walked out. We ended up going to local mexican restaurant to eat and it was really good.
What a great stay! The hotel was decorated so beautifully for the holidays! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! The room was great! We enjoyed dinner at Springs! We will definitely be back and we highly recommend if you are traveling through Oklahoma!

This is our second trip to The Artesian. The first trip was a disaster: no hot water, rude service the list goes on. They didn’t even offer to help or look at the water heater or switch rooms. However, it had been several years and we wanted to give it another shot. Well we will not be back.. this trip only one electrical outlet working in the suite, staff seems bothered that your here and construction work above our room both days (drilling, sawing, hammering,) starts and 7:30 sharp. Not satisfied in the least and I hate that because this place has so much potential.
Worked here. Yuck. Bad management. They don’t care about the food safety. Pay us way too cheap for a formal restaurant. Save your money and go eat somewhere else.
If I could rate 0 star, I would.

Asked my 13 year old daughter to find us a place to eat in Sulphur, that wasn't a chain. She picked the Springs. We came in from the second floor sidewalk which is kinda the back door. The main entrance is from the hotel. Once we figured out where we were, the host seated us at a nice booth. My daughter embarrassingly said she didn't know it was such a fancy place. I asked her to keep it under $20.00. There were several option in that range. She had the Talapia ($20.00) and asparagus. I chose the catfish ($15.00). After a day working in the heat the water was delicious. The food was excellent. If your ever in Sulphur this is a great choice. The fried peaches could use a little less cinnamon.
