This Subway in Sulphur has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. No one greets you when you walk in, the employees are rude, and if you ask a simple question you get nothing but a scoff in return. The staff here clearly do not care about their customers. Horrible experience all around. Id give it negative stars if I could.

I went to pick up my online order around 8:30 tonight. There was a single male employee that acted like i was invisible while i spoke to him directly. My sandwhiches were incorrectly made. Do not go here ive never had such a bad experience.

Every time I do a mobile order they say the do not have it even though it shows on the app and they have charged me now stuck waiting on a refund and no food once again I will never be back to this subway

I want to see the meat before I decide what I want. The girl in there this evening was RUDE and SLOW. Didn't say hello, welcome or anything. Just came out of the back and looked at me funny. Better customer service or I will drive to ada or davis.

I went to subway around 6:00p.m. Me and my brother got three subs idk if the guy was a new employee but he cross contaminated all three subs he didn’t change his gloves and you are suppose too each time you make a sub also have other toppings on stand by he did not after finishing all three sub he barely cut them in half also the placement was terrible he basically just toss the napkin’s in the bag just stuffed them inside it and subs were sloppy and not really warm like you would expect my brother has two years of subway experience and he said he did a terrible job.

Their sandwiches are excellent, especially on a hot day. The yung lady who was working that night was very nice and professional. Even though she was the only one working that night, she was able to take care of everyone, and there were a lot of customers. I was amazed at her abilities. It seemed like the entire town came to eat.
Parking: The parking lot is not very big. But it can handle mabe 10 vehicles, including a spot where someone pulling a trailer can park next to the building.
