I love the teas and spices that they have here in this shop, and I have been going in periodically twice a year for the last several years. Their prices seem to have skyrocketed over the last year or so. I do not know if this was due to the tornado in Sulfure, but I'm sad to say that a $21 fall tea is just out of my price range. I think I paid 14 last year :(. Please offer some cheaper teas if possible. I just can't swing it anymore.
Stephanie's and brandi were very helpful at finding things everything our family would enjoy. they also had lots of knowledge on what they were selling
Stephanie helped us understand the teas and spices offered in this wonderful shop. She explained the medicinal purposes of the teas and recipes to use with many of the spices. This really enriched our experience. Thank you!

I live in north Oklahoma City, yet I'm happy to drive to Sulphur just to visit Spice and Tea Exchange. Huge selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and a lovely setting. I have never been disappointed. I know that I can get my products online, but visiting the store is more fun.

LOVE this place! 😍 This is hands down some of the best tea I’ve ever had! I got the Earl Grey Crème and Pumpkin Spice Chai- and both are so flavorful and yummy- like warm hugs in a cup.The staff was also super friendly and helpful. My only regret is not buying the bigger bags of tea! 😉 Will definitely be stopping by again the next time I’m in Sulphur! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Credit card machine didn't work. Was going to buy 2 spices for $28. Glad the machine failed.
