never had a problem with this location. love having a 7brew in Tahlequah, but the past three times I’ve went before work, There are employees sitting in the parking lot at 5:30. The lights are shut off and the location is not open despite the hours posted online. found out later that the manager wasn’t there to unlock the door for one occurrence why is this happening over and over? it’s not fair for the people of Tahlequah

While in line prior to work my order was taken. I was second in my line and it took around 15 plus minutes to receive my drink. Now, if the line had been to the road I would be more understanding of that time line. But what actually occurred was that the majority of the staff had decided that stocking took priority over the customers in line. While, yes, stocking is necessary. I do not believe needing 6 people to stock instead of clearing the line is a wise choice. Loved my drink. Once I finally received it.

Drive-thru, but done right! Having worked for a larger coffee chain for years and admittedly being a little brand loyal when it came to big chain brand coffee places (preferring a ma&pa café when possible), I wound up living with this 7Brew conveniently on my way to both work and college. The 2 lane drive-thru only model is surprisingly great here, the coffee is consistently good and less expensive than the chain I worked for, and the staff is always friendly and keep the long-looking lines moving faster than you'd think when you pull in. I love the free drink rewards and little giveaways they do, also.
P.S. Almond and oat are good non-dairy options, but I'd love to see soy one day! They also have non-coffee energy drinks options too!

I love Seven Brew but this location needs work. Only had one person taking orders and running one line of cars instead of two. Waited for 10 mins to get order in. Staff was friendly just need more people.

This was my first visit to the seven brew in telephone. I ordered the holiday punch with extremely light.Ice. i waited in line for about five minutes. I also ordered the foam on top. When i've received my drink, half of it was ice. The foam was thin and bubbly, and already sunk to the bottom. I have had drinks where if the foam was done correctly?It doesn't go to the bottom for quite some time. When I asked the lady about it, she said this is how I ordered it. I should have gotten out of my car and talked to the manager.

Edited: So the promotion was to post a Google review and a photo of your waiter and get 400 points added to your account. points were never added. Then when I asked about it I was told points could only be added on a specific day of the week. When I went on that day they said the promotion was only during the previous month. I debated removing my post but felt others should be made aware of such shenanigans. Stars revoked.

I have coming to the Tahlequah location since it opened. I have always had a good to great experience. I often buy a chiller which at times has a great deal of foam. I am just wondering if there is a problem with some of your equipment. It is an awesome place.
