Everyone worked so hard and fast to take care of us. They were nice and very polite. I believe they all deserve a raise

I seriously wanted to give this place 4 stars, but I couldn't find a reason to.
Good food. Produce is fresh. Great variety of ice cream (recommending the cappuccino flavor). And the staff actually seem like the are happy to see you 😊

Parking: Look at the store as you approach.
If there's a long drive thru line, go on. If you are fortunate to find a place to park... you might get blocked in by the drive thru traffic.

I went to Braums last night and jayde in the drive thru seemed to be intoxicated and she was rude, she had an attitude and forgot my straws.

We got told to pull up And we waited out there until after everybody was gone and still it took 5 more minutes after that. So that's total about 15 minutes

By far the best hamburger you can get in a drive-thru. Their chocolate malts and milkshakes are pretty awesome too.

Stopped at the Braums on Downing Street and ordered two ice cream cones. The server got my order, a large chocolate frozen yogurt cone, wrong and had to remake it, then made my wife's cone wrong and said the small waffle cone is the new large waffle cones, less than 1 minute after making my large waffle cone. Then rushed to help two young women, leaving us standing at the register, waiting to pay for 10 minutes, while he made the two women's orders. I had eaten 90% of my cone, and my wife's ice cream was melting all over the cone and her hand before we were able to pay. The shake mixers were also absolutely disgusting. Worst service I have ever received at a Braums, and we will not be back to this location again. The ice cream was the only redeeming quality of this location and service. Absolutely would not recommend this location, even if I were offered money by them to do so.
