This place blows. Used to have quality in the wings now they’re tiny and more expensive than ever.

I just want to start off by saying I have been in the food/customer service industry most of my life. I have never experienced anything quite like I did tonight. 1.5 hrs to get mostly cold food. Server was terrible but management was worse.
I asked the server to get the manager ( first time ever doing that). They wouldn’t comp a cheesesteak sandwich despite it being meat and bread only and nothing was communicated. Our street tacos were so salty and fries were lukewarm at best. We only ate them because it was late and we were starving.
Friend didn’t even touch cheesesteak because it was missing onions and cheese sauce and looked dry and was cold.
They made excuses as to why “it wasn’t their fault, they were in a rush”.
No one cared. And no one took a bit of ownership for the mistakes.
If I owned this business the “manager “ if you could call her that, would be fired.

So I order online to have it ready at noon when I show up here so I have time to eat my food finally arrives at 12:39 makes it even worse the food is so overcooked it's horrible

Got mango habanero and garlic parm boneless wings and they were good. The server was excellent and checked on us a lot, but I had a baby with me and he needed a diaper change, and there was no changing table available. I don’t know if there was one in the big/ handicap stall because they had a sign saying “out of order” and it was locked. I had to go to my car in order to change him. I suggest that if they have one in that stall and if it is out of order they just need to put that sign up on the door and another one on the toilet just in case and not lock it, that way if people have a baby that needs their diaper changed they can change them without having to go to their car.

This place is extremely unprofessional. Was at Buffalo Wild Wings this afternoon and the whole thing was anything but pleasant. I ordered a beer and the bartender took forever to get my drink to me and gave attitude. Automatically making me regret my decision of coming here, but I didn’t let her ruin my meal just yet. However, the time that it took for my food to come out was longer than expected and no wait staff was anywhere to be found. When my food did arrive it was hard and bland. To top it all off when I was leaving I drove around the back and there were a few staff outside smoking. I see now that they all had more important matters to attend to then there customers. 10 out of 10 would not go back again and will not be recommending it to to any friends until the place is ran better.

Dang. I'm a frequent bdubs guy for lunch during the week. First time at this location (mostly Tulsa. They need management. You have the bartender running sodas all over the restaurant and the cook running food to customer. Bartender needs to stay behind the bar. Cook needs to stay in the kitchen. This is why you have waiters. Food was on point though. Mozzarella sticks were undercooked. But wings were 🔥.

I couldn’t tell if I was eating chicken meat or chicken bone. The wings were terribly overcooked, brittle, and all skin no meat. Some of the wings were just bone stubs. They can’t even count to 10 only 9. What kind of people think it’s okay to serve kitchen scraps? The celery speaks for itself. No way am I going to eat that rotten vegetable. $50 wasted! I wouldn’t even feed it to my pigs… guess it will add to the compost tonight. So disappointing!

45 minute wait for our food
I went to the Buffalo wild wings in tahlequah Oklahoma. I parked in the takeout tried to order online for more than 30 minutes. I finally gave up and went inside to place my order. My wings were good, my fries were hard and cold, and the guacamole was horrible. All you could taste in the guacamole was raw onions which I do not like therefore I could not eat it. Needless to say I won't order the guacamole again. I will go back for the wings but next time I will order them and dip my sauce.

To start, We waited 10 minutes to get drinks after being seated. I finally had to get up and ask the bar tender for my beer that was just sitting there getting warm. (Bar tender also brought us our water) I ordered onion rings and fried pickles to start. (Side note: I had over 2,500 points to redeem) The first part of the order was OK but not the best,( I didn’t complain about the two starters) I ordered 10 bone in wings and they were the worst wings I’d ever eaten here (dried out and had a bad flavor! The carrots and celery had brown ends and looked old as well.(complained about them and when replaced with new they didn’t look much better. We asked to get tab… upon getting tab we applied the points, but I was still overcharged $6.49, we asked for the manager at this point. Manager (female) arrived to explain bill and overcharges and corrected the fist problem after NOT LISTENING or hearing what we were trying to explain to her, she had a very bad attitude about these over charges and made us feel like we didn’t know basic math! After manager fixed that problem they said I still owed around $2.50 when I asked her what that was for she said she didn’t know why?! The waitress and the manager were laughing at us when we were leaving…They are very bad representatives of this establishment. I will be calling corporate Monday. Also the points that they took from me I didn’t get back.

This is the worst experience I ever had at a restaurant. I have traveled the world, but I have never seen such a terrible customer service from a manager. The lady manager was very aggressive toward me when I was trying to explain to her that we are been overcharged. She did not care about proving a good customer service at all. When I just gave up on arguing with her and walked away from the restaurant, she was laughing at me along with the waitress that served us. Yes, I am not kidding. This place will be out of business in the future if such managers will still manage it.

Had lunch here today and It was busy so we knew it was gonna be a wait which was no big deal! Service was excellent from Michelle. What my problem was, is waiting on my beer / drinks from the bartender. Bartender was no where to be seen, then when I was leaving I pulled around the back, All my husband and I seen was the bartender, another worker I assume and two cooks in the back smoking. I assume this is where they were whenever the food and drinks took 30 minutes. There’s a time and place

The food is so delicious here and the staff are super helpful, attentive to customers and friendly! Derek the one who waited on me and my friends and husband, was wonderful!
