Headed in to town around dinner time and looked up this Chicken place. The menu looked good so why not. In short, the full rotten garbage can in the drive thru has got to go. Not a good first impression. However, when we finally were able to sit down and eat, we were not disappointed. We had the rotisserie family meal. The chicken was good, the sides were great, and the baked beans were delicious. We will be back, for sure.
Surprised dad and mom with a trip to Tahlequah today for fried chicken livers. I called the Chicken Express there before we left, because it's an hour's drive to get there, and they assured me that they had plenty of livers. I made sure they knew we were driving an HOUR to get there, and they said yes, come! So, off we went. Only to find out, after placing our order, that the livers they had on hand were 'bad' and it would be three hours before they had a batch...
I was behind the person yelling about the cobbler. The manager was trying to tell him you have to call in in order to get one and the person receiving the whole one had called in. He was belligerent, loud and so disrespectful that the lady manager had enough and had to get loud to talk over him. So this review is not correct.
