It is really annoying when you go to get a quick drink, and they shut off the open light and don’t answer the call box over ten minutes before close. There’s always enough staff inside to effectively get things shut down quickly after close but they’re always shutting down early. It’s frustrating. Besides this, they’re alright. I love the affordable drinks and the rolls!

I stood there at the cash register for about 5 minutes before anybody said anything and there was a gentleman with kids that had been waiting for his order for like 30 minutes so the workers could pick up the pace and pay attention to walk through the door but the person that took my doordash was very polite once they acknowledged I was there and fairly quick about getting it out to me

Paid for 3 chicken strips and they had me pull forward to wait. This was at the 11:45 AM on a Saturday and nobody was in the drive thru or in the restaurant in line. After 20 minutes of waiting, I backed up to the window and waited for another 10 minutes before they finally gave me my food. And then it was cold. This place is trash

I've enjoyed chicken express whenever we were away from home & considered them excellent. I looked forward to having a location right here in Tahlequah. This location has been a let down. Yesterday I ordered the 16 piece family meal, over $40. Every piece was very dry & overdone. 8 of the 16 pieces were not what we ordered. Most of the chicken was thrown away. I have made my last purchase at the Tahlequah Chicken Express. They do have good ice tea.

Chicken and corn dodgers were delicious. I was disappointed because the biscuits were dry and hard like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours
We were served old fried chicken on 10/31. It was tough and chewy. Usually they do a decent job on keeping it fresh. I called and they never answered the office. Very disappointed.

Very surprised by the visit. Chicken strips were good. We preferred the spicy. This is one of the few places that still have gizzard too.
