These folks knock it out of the park every time! I didn't catch his name but the young man whirling the counter Sunday 23 November in the late afternoon was one of the most polite persons I've met lately. He really seemed to love his job and helping folks get a great meal. 100 stars!

My favorite place for chicken strips, french fries and fried okra for over 2 years. Something has changed in the past 4-6 weeks though. They keep forgetting my fries ?? Chicken strips (Reg) are also looking kinda weak. Thin batter or something.

Service was terrible Liliana waited on me thru the drive thru. Her customer service was awful from taking my order to trying to understand I wanted sauce instead of gravy with my tenders. When I got to to the window she had a guy ring me up. I asked him if she understood what I wanted and he tried to take care of it. She came over with an attitude. Chicken tenders and okra were cold so I went back thru the drive thru and asked for some hot okra. She rolled eyes. I drove from NWA to get this food and I’m highly disappointed. Prob won’t come back.
