I went through the drive through and ordered a 2 piece combo. Paid for my order and drove my 10 miles home. Much to my suprise I sit down to eat my meal only to find wrong order. I had 3 lousy chicken strips with mashed potatoes and gravy. I immediately called was offered a replacement only to be called back to have to drive all the way back to exchange the meals. That's a 20 mile round trip for their mistake. I told them nevermind I will cook me something and feed the wrong meal to my dog. This place has really gone to crap. I will take my business back to Charlie's and chicken express.

I tried to order online. The message said my order would be ready at 9:31 confirmation. They could not find my order in their system. They said they did not offer meals that were offered online. They could not apply discount coupon offered online at the store. The time for the store to open online was off by an hour. I had to wait for them to open after driving 45 monutes to get there. The person waiting on me said it was not her job to fix it, and it wasn't her Managers job to fix it either. I still ordered food because I told family members that was what we were having. I will never go back. I tell everyone I can about my experience there. A simple "I'm sorry" could have made a difference, not the "not my job" response I got.

The lady working the window was rude. Didn't get any BBQ sauce and no ketchup. Fries were crunchy, chicken nuggets were the same, Bowl we bought was wrong. FYI don't come to this KFC they don't treat there customers right

Floors weren't slippery anymore, which was good. But food was a touch burnt. Mostly, the gravy for the mash was, and the biscuits were overcooked, too.
Missing condiments, old dry chicken, minimal customer service.

I would give a zero if I could. My order was completely wrong after Getting home 40 minutes away. I called up there , the lady was super nice she rememberd me ordering , she said that she was going to put me on a list , she took my name down and the specifics , and told me that I would have to pick it up before 30 days or I’ll loose it. Well I came to pick it up and was apparently lied to. The hatful woman at the window said that I had to have the food in order to change it in ! That was over 2 weeks ago. I’m so disappointed. If they couldn’t do that. It would have been fine. But don’t lie to me about it.

I dont know if this is everyday cooking but the day I was there mah dish was off the hook rite on the money....couldn't be more satisfied...the service was good excellent job,it was clean in the dine it was an awesome vibe...tip my hat to all the employees there awesome job...

We love KFC but when you have to sit in the drive thru for 45 minutes then you realize it isn't that good after all.
Such a great experience! The staff had huge patience with us and our large family order (9+ people). The chicken was amazing, the sides and biscuits....delicious, delicious, delicious!
The cashier Iceley is so super awesome! She greets you and makes you feel like a guest in her home and the lobby is super clean! KFC definitely has an asset and she should be recognized! I bet she makes them a lot of money!

I like to visit the stores that have all you can eat,then I can eat the tenders. Sorry KFC, #10 cans I can taste, This was a place one of my kids wanted to go,for they never been before and wanted to compare yall with Chicken Express while we were visiting.
