I have never been so dissatisfied with this store in my hometown until my experience and wait time of an hour just to get my pizza when people were getting theirs quicker, and I had already been waiting an hour. Also, you think they would offer like breadsticks to every customer not just customers they know, especially if they had to wait, very unhappy they do not use or wear gloves which is plum disgusting i am not sure of the regulation or guidelines that little Caesars has in place for their employees, but wearing gloves while making pizza should be one of those regulations.

I've eaten here a few times as well as others such as Tulsa. I requested crazy bread sticks add the Italian seasoning to the bread sticks and a side of garlic butter. Tommy simply said no so I asked why and she proceeded to tell me that it is customizing AND she has no way to charge me for the seasoning. I had to cancel and hangup. I don't mind paying for whatever I order. But when your job is customer service I will not deal with rudeness or lying. Now it is possible that this store in town can't add seasoning but she didn't have to be so rude.

The worker was rude, my order was already completed but not in the hot cabinet waiting like it said told me it was going to wait while my food is right behind her completely finished in hot cabinet. They love holding ppl up here won't eat here ever again!

It was busy. I had a large order and had to wait but it was understandable. The staff was very fast paced and did great under the pressure.

Made a large order. Was polite and called it in early so they would have time. 20 pizzas only 1 specialty pizza because of a food allergy. They completely forgot that pie. No big deal. Until we called to tell them they had made a mistake. They were rude to my husband ( the food allergy) . The stores location was so far away that by the time we realized we definitely weren't going back. They demanded pictures of 20 boxes of pizza or they weren't correcting the order. He got upset and hung up. So they called us back to demand pics for a pie we weren't coming to get anyways. Very rude , very unprofessional, some food was burnt some not cooked all the way through. We are here every year. We won't be using them the next year. If u have food allergies DO NOT TRUST THEM! CHECK UR FOOD.
The workers are mostly great, sometimes one of the workers falls asleep while taking orders.. and the store is hellishly small though and it can get cramped in there.. BUT THE FOOD IS GREAT!

The staff is extremely friendly and the food is always great, they've always got something available for hot and ready meals. They even have a special mountain dew that is only offered by Little Caesars and it is so good!
