The first few times I went here everything was great recently I went and got a calzone after waiting an extra 10 minutes it came out burnt as can be whenever I told the manager hey this is burnt he said it was a little brown but sorry about that I would not go here and waste your money they will not refund you when they screw up

I asked if I could get tomatoes on a salad bar to go. Was very rudely told no. (That was last night)
I called today. My called went to the call center. That call was transferred to customer service. She tried to reach the Tahleqhah location where no one would answer the phone.
Pretty crappy company...

Vegetarian options: I always do "pick up" and always get the vegetarian pizza with pineapple. My pizza is ready for pick up 20 minutes and it's always delicious. It has become a Friday evening ritual for me.

I ordered the GOAT family combo. I had my teenage daughter pick it up since she was close. When I got home I noticed that she did not receive 2 items in the combo. I made the 30 min round trip to pick the remaining order. After walking in and no one helping for 5 mins. I walked out then back in. Worker said “yeah I fixed that.” There was no apology or attempt to make things right. And it was the same worker that helped my daughter. The Last time I’ll order again.
