I highly recommend against choosing those location, they messed up my order then asked for some code, which I provided and they told me it's invalid, so I had them let me pull up and the manager on duty 1/2/2025 @ 11:04 pm had a terrible attitude then had his employee deliver me a bag soaked in Grease and NO napkins. That's so disgusting, what the hell are you doing to peoples food! I will be notifying corporate and filing a police report.

I placed a order in the app paid for my order using my debit card. Put my debit card back in my wallet and grabbed my drivers license and cellphone and keys and my German shepherd and made the 16 mile one way trip into town. I arrived at the drive thru kiosk at exactly 1030am. I gave the lady my voice code and waited approximately 2 minutes before she started speaking again and she told me that she was canceling my order and refunding my checking account and that I would have to order something else because it was after 1030. I explained to her that I didn’t have my debit card with me because I already paid in the app. There was no offer of a free meal since they decided to stop serving breakfast at 1030am her response to me was have a good day. There are enough of other fast food restaurants in Tahlequah so the days of McDonald’s getting my money are over and I will go out of my way to let people know what kind of service I received today.

20 years ago the Tahlequah mc donalds was the number one grossing store in the state of Oklahoma. I know this because I trained there it was my first job, because I trained there when I did I have been able to get hired on with any store in this state. The night before last I had my first complaint ever in 20 years because working mainly fast food myself I know exactly what the job is like we get enough meaningless crap on a daily basis. Now this store is under new ownership who I have also worked under and the new rules are phenomenal to bad the ones they leave in charge of what once was the best store in the state is now a sad shadow of what it used to be. Now being an employee i have eaten some questionable fries after work but the ones we had originally paid for that night wers hands down the worst I have ever tasted had to have been just sitting somewhere while they were cleaning the fry station. Because i have done this long enough i know. So i come back pull up to the window and wait 5 minutes with no one bothering to see whats wrong. Lobby was already closed and they should be thankful, especially the hickey covered red headed pathetic ass excuse of a manager. Since i have worked in this store i know the manager on duty answers the phone so since no would bother to come to the window I call she answers i tell her im at the first pick up window because they have 2 that are clearly numbered 1 and 2 and i need a manager she says i am the manager i said honey i know i have worked here i know you answer the phone its why i called now we have an issue will you come to pick up 1 she says can you just tell me. I said ma'am i would love to as soon as you come to the window. So she hangs up and goes to window 2 ok moron. No one is there so then she gets it, and comes to window one i tell her those fries are unacceptable and i dont do this because i work fast food but they need to replace those fries. They tell us it will be 51 more seconds before they are done, look i ain't waiting 12 minutes for pie but i got 3 minutes for decent fries considering its literally the most popular product sold there. Now when she brings back the unsalted half orders of fries shes even ruder than she was before she was told her the issue which wouldnt have been an issue had she done her job in the first place. The fries arent in a bag she doesnt apologize and slams the window. When i worked for this management team i decided it would be the last time i work for that location now i wont be a customer there either.
For those asking to call a store theirs in named Jodie and shes the worst GM i ever worked for dont call her call the McDonald's training office in muskogee or the store on shawnees and ask for districts number. If enough people actually call outside of that store and complain it will actually get taken care of but the stores management team is the problem with the Tahlequah location.

A big complaint of mine is that the trashcans in the dining room are always overflowing when I'm there, and people will just leave trash on the tables.

Poorly run business. Order 2 fries and 2 drinks. Got my fries and was told to pull at next window for my drinks. Sure no problem. I waited there over 20 mins for two drinks and when I went inside asking for a refund they had me waiting even longer only for them to finally bring me the drinks which no longer mattered because now the food I had plus the items I had grabbed from a separate food place were now cold and melted. When I asked if I was just not getting my refund the employee and manager both shrugged their shoulders and walked away from me. I no longer wanted the drinks I wanted my money back and instead I went home with nasty food and even more terrible drinks that were not made correctly. This place is an embarrassment and their employees are even worse.

It's OK. However, twice I've gone through the drive-thru, ordered a combo, I get to the windows and get the sandwich and fries, and the person looks at me like i have 2 heads when I ask for my drink. I stated i wanted a medium Coke. They make it, then treat me like I'm trying to get something for free. Nobody pays attention anymore.
Also, where their parking lot butt's up to the business next door is also where the drive thru is. It is very dangerous as people here do not know how to drive.
