I had to order my food online hit the wrong bowel now I have food I’m not going to eat I called and asked them if it could be fixed but once I got there they said that’s what I ordered so one trip to get good second to be told that’s what I ordered well if they’d allow a person to call an order in instead of doing it online things like this wouldn’t happen! The bowel is GROSS!!

The guy making my burrito had trouble rolling it. The tortillas should have been hotter. No problem. But the girl that made my wife's burrito wore one glove for some reason, probably to operate the register. But you can't roll a burrito one handed. That's a health code violation. Her hair was also very long and not pulled back or anything. The food itself was ok, but kind of lacked flavor.

I went to this amazing establishment after church 😊All of the staff were extremely friendly and treated me with dignity and respect:) I was leaping with joy after I took a first bite my friend had to tell me to calm down because I was so so happy with how the food tastes.Even the fountain drinks were good. Everything was extremely clean and the burrito I got was wrapped perfectly. They have very good prices for this economy and I recommend this restaurant to everyone I meet.I will always be a loyal costumer to them and their yummy food 💕

Ordered online, went to pick up and employee was nice and food was ready. Parking was easy as well.
The food was great. The 2 girls stoned out of their mind running front of house; not so much. Maybe let them walk out back to smoke instead of out front in front of customers. I'd love to come back when the good crew and owner are on deck. Y'all nail the meats. Would love to try the white salsa next time around if it's available.

I can't believe I waited so long to try Rafa's. Talk about feeling foolish. This place is awesome! Plenty of options for everyone, even vegetarian and vegan options. The food is great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Didn't know what I was doing since it was my first time in, but they helped me through my order. Just be prepared to take some home with you. Those burritos are HUGE!
The food was awesome, but the service was terrible. Im sure it was an isolated I will go back because the build your own nachos were top notch ?

Me and my sis when and had lunch there. My first time her second. Really good food and service was excellent, very clean area. Similar to chipotle but maybe more selection.
Vegetarian options: Inlile my meat and it has great options but the vegetarian my is yet got was great she loved it. Very wide variety for both.
