Food was good, great portions and prices. The guac was REALLY salty, but the rest of the food was great. Echoey space with lots of seating. Easy to find too!

I came to vist my daughter and found Rafa's Burrito Co. and stopped in. The environment was awesome and was given the best customer service by Katelin, who made me the best nachos I have ever had! All the ingredients were fresh and tasted great! When I go back I am definitely going back to Rafa's and hope Katelin is there to make me some of her awesome nachos again. Thank you Rafa's for a wonderful experience.

Wow — what a hidden gem in the heart of Tahlequah! From the moment I stepped into Rafa’s Burrito Co., I knew I was in for something special. The chicken burrito? Absolute perfection. Tender, flavorful, and generously packed without being overwhelming — it struck the perfect balance between comfort food and culinary delight. And the variety of refrescas? So refreshing, creative, and beautifully presented. Whether you’re in the mood for something fruity, tangy, or tropical, there’s a drink to match every bite and every mood.
But what really elevated the experience was the phenomenal customer service. The staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with recommendations, making the whole visit feel like a breath of fresh air. No long waits, no chaos — just calm, friendly vibes and efficient service.
The atmosphere itself? Chef’s kiss. The noise level was just right — lively enough to feel energetic without being loud or distracting. And let’s talk about that huge window! Perfect for a little people-watching from afar while sipping your refresca and savoring your burrito. A relaxing front-row seat to the rhythm of the town.
Rafa’s is the kind of place you think about long after you’ve left. Whether you're a local or just passing through, do yourself a favor and stop in — your taste buds will thank you, and your soul just might, too.

I had the Carnitas burrito and my sister had the veggie nachos, and they both were superb! I can’t recommend this place enough!! They were slow so the service wasn’t rushed and the workers were incredibly polite. Would recommend for any Mexican food lovers

Rafa's food is good and others have said it's more like a local chipotle. I will say it's better to tip in cash if you're in the store. I've heard that if you tip by card, they'll distribute it to all staff and not the ones that are clocked in and working that shift, which is weird.

If you get a gift card from this place make sure it works and that they load money on it correctly. I was gifted one and when I went to use it they said it had a zero balance, finally after several attempts of trying to use it on different occasions, I spoke to a manager all he said was he could put half the money back on it so I agreed and then I went to use it a few weeks later and surprise it had a zero balance. I was finally able to speak with the owner and she was rude, made me feel like I was a liar. She did grant me a free meal but I even offered her to load the card and then I try to use it so she can see what’s been going on but she didn’t care to try and solve the issue with the gift card.
Love this place for the biggest mexican burritos. This is your one stop. Dont miss out!

I had to order my food online hit the wrong bowel now I have food I’m not going to eat I called and asked them if it could be fixed but once I got there they said that’s what I ordered so one trip to get good second to be told that’s what I ordered well if they’d allow a person to call an order in instead of doing it online things like this wouldn’t happen! The bowel is GROSS!!

The guy making my burrito had trouble rolling it. The tortillas should have been hotter. No problem. But the girl that made my wife's burrito wore one glove for some reason, probably to operate the register. But you can't roll a burrito one handed. That's a health code violation. Her hair was also very long and not pulled back or anything. The food itself was ok, but kind of lacked flavor.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible. Large staircase upon entry.

I went to this amazing establishment after church 😊All of the staff were extremely friendly and treated me with dignity and respect:) I was leaping with joy after I took a first bite my friend had to tell me to calm down because I was so so happy with how the food tastes.Even the fountain drinks were good. Everything was extremely clean and the burrito I got was wrapped perfectly. They have very good prices for this economy and I recommend this restaurant to everyone I meet.I will always be a loyal costumer to them and their yummy food 💕

There was a cosmically comical amount of salt in our food this evening. *Everything* was completely covered in it. What did we do? 🤣
