We stopped in last evening on our way back from a round trip on the road. First time and I can say it won’t be the last… service, food atmosphere was “top notch”! I had the “Belt Buster”, the Misses had the “Buzzard Egg” and we had the “Tahlequah Twinkies” for appetizers. He comes the finale…where in the heck can you go eat for two for less than $53 and feed yourself for two days? That’s right, they don’t skimp, you have leftovers so you eat for two days....
We have thoroughly enjoyed our visits and love what the Wagers have brought to scenic 10!
We will return with friends and family..it's a grand place for la sombremesa and the view doesn't hurt. While the food was good and tasty, I would say my only disappointment was the lack of rich smoke flavor in the meats which was very surprising given the amazing aroma which is the allure and what I crave. Was busy but was seated right away , waitress was little overwhelmed but promptly took our order, ordered 3 meat
Ribs , Brisket , and baloonee onion rings and potato salad
Waited about an hour for our food
Food was average at best
Ribs had good rub but we're real tiny
( I've seen bigger baby backs )
Brisket was dry over done
Baloonee was the best meat
Potato salad was good
And onion rings...
