Someone needs to answer your phone. An elderly woman just picked up an order that she waited 1.5hrs on. She complained on the taste and when I tasted, the checken was definitely not done!! I've advised her NOT to eat there anymore! Billie

Me and my husband ate there around 230 today , no one was there, waitress was rude, flies were bad, vacuuming while we were eating. Guess when your not there at lunch time you do t get good service. Sourdough bread was burnt on the bottom , of my extra bread and sandwich, rook it back and they gave me better bread, then my extra bread they had to replace , I mean come on. We ate here alot over the years, and it's just gone to crap. Food is still good customer service needs to be better, and yes I've worked in food service for a long time , I know how to help people and give good service. Guess I picked the wrong day

My first time there, waited to be waited on for 30 minutes and finally went to the counter to order and was still asked to wait, honestly if I had been ordering for myself , I would have left a long time back.

Food is good service sucked!!! We got our drinks when we first sat done no service after that!! Place looks filthy they need to invest in a vacuum cleaner. Tables were dirty!!! This is the second time of dinning there and it was the same way the first visit

I tried this restaurant twice.1) Flys in the bakery cabinet where the cupcakes and cakes are stored.First time to call in order.2) The cook in the back refused to give bread that went with soup because I purchased numerous orders on one single ticket. I was told they do not give bread to multiple soup orders only if ordered separately.Giving a Second chance:3) I purchased two French dips both burnt (blackened) on top of bread which you could also smell the burnt in the bag. The girl ringing up my order opened the box and shut it quickly. And put other items I ordered in the bag on top of sandwiches I guess so I would not notice the burnt sandwiches and smell. I was done with this restaurant at this pointThe customer service is horrible, argued with me about giving me all that I ordered and purchased. This happened on both visits.Not sure with this type of service they will be open long. I know I am not the only customer they treat like this.Horrible Restaurant!!Unable to upload photos of burnt sandwiches.
