Not impressed at all. This use to ba good place , idk what happened to this eating establishment. We ordered 2 medium combo meals and got extra small cold fries and sloppy burgers. We took our food back and the manager on duty said he would fix it and bring large fresh fries......yeah we got large fries but they were not fresh at all and the burgers were barely warm. This sonic used to be the goat before they sold out to a megacorp, you used to be able to get a family popcorn chicken for 10$ and have an absolutely massive amount of chicken. Now, you canāt go to this location a single time without having your ordered screwed up, I ordered a double smasher no onions easy sauce and a couple drinks they gave me a smashed with a mountain of onions and absolutely loaded it with onions then when I tried to get a new burger they did give it to me however one of the patties was undercooked and still red and I am NOT risking it with how the people who worked there looked. Also they are WAY understaffed this location usually has 3 people max working.

I drive an extra 15 minutes across town to avoid this sonic, even though I live near by. Service is always super slow and normally wrong when it comes out. I will give it a chance about twice a year and am always reminded why I avoid this location. Itās unfortunate because it is so close to me.

Longer than expected wait do to being short staffed and busy but food was good. Our food was delivered with an apology for the wait time. Despite being busy enployee was friendly

Every single time I go, they do absolutely terrible at making something I order whether itās a drink or a blast. Somehow every blast I order though isnāt right at all! Today I ordered a trick or treat blast with extra mix. I received a blast with just a scoop on top. It wasnāt mixed in or anything. When approached by a manager, they were super monotone and was not smiling or anything. My ice cream was āremadeā if even at all and this time I received the exact same thing. What happened to mixing our blasts, downing Sonic? What happened to service with a smile? Iām sick of never getting what Iāve ordered and having to go somewhere else. Thereās poor management as well as a lot of employees who do not put hardly any effort into their service whether itās making the drink or delivering it to the car.

Should not consistently take 30+ minutes for a tea. Go to a different Sonic.
Waited almost an hour just for our order to be taken. Even moved stalls to press the button again. Saw multiple people come and go waiting for their order to be taken and it never was. There was only ONE carhop and there were cars in most stalls and a line in drivethru. We never ended up getting our order taken. I donāt know why there is only one carhop with a town full of college kids most of which needing work.
