The manager was extremely rude and she was very unprofessional seemed like she may have been on drugs If I was the owner I would fire the management And watch the management touch food with no gloves after handling raw items disgusting. A year later and the sonic still sucks stopped in there and they only had drive through no sign saying anything and the drive through took forever.And then when I ordered my drinks they messed up the drinks.I said light ice They've shoved it full of ice
Recently stopped in to see if they had gotten any better and they are still just as bad as they were I weighed over 10 minutes on just two drinks alone 03/01/25

27 minute wait for 2 drinks due to the fact that someone forgot the name is Sonic DRIVE IN not Sonic DRIVE THRU especially during happy hour. Then they lost my order on top of it all.

Their food is normally good, but they need to have a larger warning on their "Groovy Fries" They changed their French fried potatoes to this version that contains WHEAT.
Why would any company intentionally add WHEAT TO a product that is naturally gluten free?

I went to this Sonic to grab my sister something to eat for her lunch at school. I got there at 11 am and needed the food for my sister by 1130. It took them 10 minutes to even take my order. I waited till 1135 since I already payed, and come to find out they didn't even have my food in the fryer. So I left so my sister wouldn't be disappointed that I didn't make it to her lunch. I wasn't able to get my food I payed for and multiple people got their food before me that arrived at the Sonic after me. I will not be coming back to this place again until they find someway to be more efficient with at least the simplest of orders.

Unless you want to wait an hour for "fast food" take the drive through instead of the park and eat option. Waited over an hour as the drive through filled up and cleared out twice and still haven't gotten our food.
I wouldnt be surprised if it's cold by the end of all this.

I got two shakes and a chili cheese coni well the young lady who brought our order out was way to busy trying to flirt than to go to make my shake again it was a cheese cake shake and she busted the bottom and just put a cup on the bottom my chili cheese dog was cold like it wasn’t even cooked the cheese wasn’t melted it was terrible service I called 10 times no answer so I went to the drive through it took 16 mins to open a window while they was right next to window bc they knew they messed up if I was you I wouldn’t eat here I would go to the other one by the casino there people work there look like druggies and they were so rude to us when they open the window they said okay it’s a simple fix BEING ALL SNOBBY TO MY 12 yr old like boy if it was a simple fix why didn’t you fix the first time you messed up the cheese cake shake wasn’t cheese cake it was vanilla the girl though that took are order should be fired and she look blonde short and had a glasses I don’t want her serving us again it’s unexpected I own a food business of are selfs and my service is never that slow when there only 3 cars the car in front of us was banging on there window and they just screamed at him bc they DIDN'T GET HIS ORDER RIGHT SO THEY DEFINITELY NEED PROFESSIONAL TO COME IN AND SHOW THEM HOW TO THERE JOB

Bad service most of the time, orders at the window go out in a fraction of the time stalls do. Multiple times I’ve been left waiting for over 15 minutes AFTER the screen said the food was on the way. Half the time the carhops don’t say anything but “thank you” when delivering your order with an annoyed look on their face. Two years and this place has not improved.

After sitting at the store for 20 minutes I finally got a notification that they're no longer taking stall orders I have to go through the drive-thru so I pulled over to the drive-thru waited there for another 15 minutes just to get my order and it not be complete I ordered a number 17 which should come with your toaster sticks and medium drink and a medium tot well I didn't get no medium tart and I'm sick and tired of going to this Sonic and waiting all day for nothing half the time it don't take drive-thru orders half the time they don't take stall orders half the time they don't take app orders this is kind of BS considering it's supposed to be the newest Sonic in town design wise it's a joke been here multiple times and it's ridiculous and then when I complain or I say something I get a free drink that I can't even get because I can never get them to get me a drink this is BS and I'm sick and tired of it and I will probably no longer go back to this Sonic and I hope nobody else will either

Used your app to order . When pulled into the stall (time 1:01 Pm) there was no stall number on the WORKING BOARD, just a name where stall number usually is.
Pushed red button (REMEMBER TIME WAS 1:01 PM) and message at this time (1:31 PM) IS STILL FLASHING : RED BUTTON ACTIVATED. WE'LL BE WITH YOU SOON.
After 15 minutes I (walking with cane) I walked to the drive thru window and asked for my order (BOGO FOOT LONG HOT DOG AND FORCED THEM TO MAKE IT. THEY HANDED MY ORDER AND I WALKED BACK TO CAR WITH CANE AND ORDER.
I DROPPED MY ORDER.
IT WAS AT THAT TIME I DETECTED NO PACKAGES OF MUSTARD. WALKED BACK TO GET THEM.
I CAN ASSURE YOU.I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS SONIC.
I AM SURE SONIC OFFICE OR REGIONAL OFFICE WILL EVER SEE THIS POST

My last visit to sonic. The entire experience is awful. 30 minutes for a medium chili cheese fry
To get delivered. Took 5 minutes for someone to take my order, and another 25 for it to be delivered. I would have drove off if it was not for the fact I paid at the board. Never again. It was not close to being busy. You suck Sonic.
