Sonic is our regular go-to drink spot wherever we go. In town this weekend and stopped by to get a grilled cheese and iced tea. The food & drink were good but was trusting it took us 20 mins to get our order. We ordered on the app before we even got there. Tried to call into the store and nobody answered. 😕

I hate to leave a bad review, but literally every single time we order from this location they mess up the order or leave something out. Without fail. Every single time. The wait times are long and the food isn’t that great. About what you’d expect for a sonic.

Visiting for Memorial Day and they Overcooked my food, I brought up the over cooked food to the drive-thru and they just said maybe the oils is too hot from cooking all day! No offer to recook the food even after showing the severely overcooked food. I would not recommend this place. Do better sonic!

If I could give 0 starts I would. Sat in the drive through window for 5 min now one answer so drove to a stall and then had to wait 5-10 min for anyone to answer. Then when I got my order it wasn't right and all I ordered was 2 medium blast and what I got was one medium and one small. Ask the car hop to fix it or refund me for the small. She said she had to talk to her manager witch she was just inside passing money back and forth to for the last 3 min as we watched through the side door. Finally after another 10 of waiting on the manager all we got was excuses after excuses and how they were so short staff. There were 5 cars there 5. Lol so she argued about giving out money back and she refunded the whole order and said well next time excuse me ma'am there will not me a next time we are done with the sonics in tahlequah.

I placed an order on the app that showed the 1/2 price discount, upon checking out I was charged full price. I then pull into a stall and check in, the drive through was full, however, I only ordered 1 drink. The line doesn't move for 20 minutes then 4 other cars that arrived after me received their food and drinks. I walk to the door and knock and no one answered, so I opened the door and explained the situation. The lady and guy working weren't rude but they had an 'i don't care' attitude, she asked me what stall number and what my order was and then handed it to me. All the while I had a screaming baby in the back seat. My single drink shouldn't take more than 5 minutes, at the very most, to be brought to me and people definitely shouldn't be getting their food before me when I checked in. I usually don't write reviews but this pissed me off, I will not be returning to this sonic nor any others in Tahlequah because they're garbage.

Never seen a Sonic tank harder than this one. Owners won't keep it staffed and trained. This burger is supposed to be a #1 meal
Both Sonics Suck even the one on downing, they basically don’t take orders and wait for people to leave, you gotta wait 20 mins to even order like it’s some fancy restaurant then they mess up your order! We need all new people and managers that know how to manage a fast food place smh

Woweee.def worst sonic experence ever i am from out of town and these ppl had to be on crack my order was wrong.kept bringing ice.to window i didnot order ice.i didnt get whay i ordered.i took it and seen some dogs down the road and fed the food i did not order to the hungary dogs.good ending the starving dog were full. The sonic on road from musk to tahlequah.avoid
