We had a call in order yesterday around 5 and our food was ready when we got there but the girl didn’t have our drinks yet..we paid and tipped. We then sat over 10 minutes waiting on our drinks. We never received them as she completely forgot about us and we watched as she helped others and then stood and wrote on some papers for awhile and never once looked up at the window where we were still waiting. We tried to wave at her and get her attention to no avail. We even honked a couple times and she never looked up. We seen 2 other girls walk right by the window into the back and never came back out. We eventually gave up and drove away. Got home to see they had also messed up all 3 burger orders. Will definitely not be going back again. Feel she totally ignored us on purpose all over 2 drinks.

Listen, let me tell you a story... You are from out of town, and you go out for a munchies run, get lost, and somehow end up at South Side Burger.... I think that is the name dude. idk, I think it has another name also.. all I know is that I ask for the special with onion rings and the Chef comes out and says "I think this is the best burger I've made"..yo, listen, I'm telling you, I was high af and this guy seemed like a saint but the bottom line and reality is that, this is hands down the best burger ive had in my life..juicy, firm, flavourfull with a perfect bun.. it takes experience and knowledge to make a burger this good. This is Diner art at its best.

Bad service be prepare to just wait there until they feel ready to take your order.. must of just stood there for 5 minute while the cashier walk around won’t ever be back just go to McDonald’s or something it’s a lot better on customer service
