I come here every day maybe even twice a day for the past year, the workers are always the best, never had a bad experience until today. The manager or who ever he was was extremely rude, since Iāve been coming here I ask for strawberries (I pay for of course, itās only right) for my 2 year old. Iāve never had trouble until today I asked very politely as well as explained I pay for them Iām not expecting them free. Once I got to the window to pay, I got the wrong drink handed to me from him, and well waiting for my cookie that I asked for saying he never put in it. But when read the order back it was correct. The guy told another worker who was clearly off her shift getting ready to walk out the door āoh you donāt have a headset on, make good choicesā why would she need it if her shift is over! Iām sorry but I hate to leave bad reviews but that guy/ manager whoever was not having a good day. As a manager, talk to them separately and quite not loud and embarrass her! Never coming back when heās working. The rest of the staff is amazing!

5/11/24 stopped in the Talequah location on our way to a tournament at 6am after having been in the road a while. Crew was fantastic!!! Their customer service skills went beyond the drinks and food being perfect, even our dairy free items (which often get messed up). They were personable and so sweet and tentative to my kids. It was the best customer service I have ever received at a Starbucks. Well done folks! Hoping youāll be working the next time we stop in!
Dietary restrictions: We have dairy free restrictions and the crew was very accommodating and cautious when preparing our order.
Kid-friendliness: We were surprised to find so many kid friendly table activities: Coloring sheets, table games, chalkā¦ my kids were 12,13,18 and loved it every bit as a 5 year old would!
