I ate here the other nights that and was impressed by the welcoming greeting I received and had w friendly the staff was. I ordered 2 footlong sandwiches and had them loaded with veggies and sauce, to where the worker could barely close the sub! Haha. Food was excellent and I liked how clean the store was and the awesome environment. I plan to bring my friends back for dinner soon! A++

This Suvway is apparently the #1 Subway in Eastern Oklahoma and I get why. I was up there on my lunch break and this store was packed but ran like a well-oiled machine. The manager and team were welcoming and super friendly. Not only that, the manager let me know about a daily special which saved me money!! Kudos to him and his team!
My sandwich was on super fresh and soft bread and was toasted to perfection. This Subway also has some delicious Strawberry Guava Lemonade made fresh daily, that I had to get an extra refill of. The cookies were soft and fresh too. Store was clean with ample parking and seating despite lunch rush. I appreciated they valued my time and made my sandwich quickly and with quality. If you are in Tahlequah, this is *the* Subway you need to spend your hard earned money at! 10/10. A++++

Super great food and amazing service. All the staff are super friendly and welcoming. The cookies, sandwich and sweet tea are absolutely perfect and fantastic! The Spicy Itallian is my absolute favorite! this is the only location in Oklahoma that I eat at, the manager here is amazing and always ensures a clean atmosphere and clean and friendly staff.

I placed an online order and they took the cheese from my cheesy garlic and put it on the boss , they said I'd have to return the sandwiches to have the remade , I told them I've already eaten half , the assistant manager told me she would have the manager call me at 4 pm the following day to see what could be done to make this order right , it's been 3 daya and still no call . I said I really hope you can make this right and she said me too , days later and all I got was a shitty weird sandwich. I don't recommend this location at all .
I do not recommend this location. The workers are always in a bad mood and take it out on the customers food. And even threw doordash. Seen the same reviews. I dont understand why the franchise doesn't fix the problem

Can't follow instructions when ordering online, left off items on sandwich. Employees act like they don't want to be there, evening staff is rude and will ignore customers, and stands around cussing about other Employees while people are in the store. One day I was in there, and I started studdering the name I needed to pick up, and 3 Employees including the district manager started giving me a hard time, I left feeling so bad about myself and embarrassed. Please do better.

Customer Service lacks. Did not fulfill order. When contacted, they said to bring back sandwich and they would make new one. Plus they left item out. When told I would not make drive back into town and wanted items refunded, I was told they cannot do that. No offer to give give gift card or take info. Nothing to make this right.
