First of all how the hell do you run out of your most used item (grilled chicken) and then forget what to put on the sandwich, then not even toast it. They treated our DoorDasher with disrespect, and when he confronted the manager, she walked off to the back after he was telling her how it was. The drinks were good though.

only one guy working, had my online order placed and waited for my food, store was empty when i placed it and then a person showed up and the worker kept helping every single person in line before me even tho my order was first and before he had a line. won’t be coming back. waited almost an entire hour at this point.

Me and My Husband Ordered Subway For Dinner and Had It Delivered To our Home. We Ordered 2 sandwiches And 2 Cookies and My Husbands Sandwich Had Bugs All Over It. So we Call Subway and Talked With Christian And He was Nice And Professional and Gave Us His Manager named Sheila's Number. So we Call His Manager And All She Said Is that we Would Have to call Her Manager Kim the Next Morning, So i Called Her The next Morning and she Acted like I was lying and said Well There is No bugs here. Well There was Last Night And She asked For me to Bring the sandwich Back to the store which I ordered The night Before And i told Her I couldn't because it was in the trash and i was at work and She Gave Me Her managers Named Candance number So I called and She didn't Answer So li left Multiple Voicemails Over The day and Still haven't Responded I have Never Had such Poor Communication. All we Had Requested was For my Husbands Sandwich to be Refunded Because he Didn't Eat it For Obvious Reasons.

Gave the worker my buy one footlong get one free coupon as I ordered. Sandwich were made and at the register the same worker charged me for 2 Sandwichs. Finally they took one price off.

Mainly young kids working here. Don't listen to ur order nor do they care. Young Woman and Male Clerk both RUDE. Young Woman clerk didn't put all ingredients from tray of chicken on my salad. Kept giving basically nothing on sandwich, I had to keep asking can I please have more. Very annoying. Put Salt on ANYWAYS WOULDN'T FIX.
Love subway... But this was the slowest service. 1 person ahead of me in line and it took over 10 minutes of waiting before they took my order.

I enjoy Subway very much, but I can't understand why Subway is trying to get rid of Swiss cheese. Swiss cheese is the main reason I buy 6 sandwiches a week. Without it Subway becomes another corner taco truck. I will need to start looking for a new place..
