Placed an order throw keyboard for taco supreme meal an nachos with lettuce went ba k to counter to ask for lettuce on my nachos talked to jason the night management asked if he could put lettuce on my food he sad no so i askd for a refund

The older lady that has been the MVP of the drive thru at both locations in Tahlequah deserves more recognition from Taco Bell Corporate. She is amazing!!! She's been slinging late night tacos since I was in highschool!!
Don't eat here the food is trash and the service sucks!!! Our crunch wraps just had lettuce and some cheese in them even though I paid for steak. I Ordered online pickup, they messed our order up forgot 2 drinks & the food was pretty much just tortilla & lettuce with some cheese. I called to talk to the manager waited on hold & when she finally came to the phone ( heard her & the employee that answered the phone talking crap about me in the background) she had a really bad attitude, I told her I just paid $60 & our food was terrible pretty much just lettuce and tortilla with some cheese so she bite my head off and said " there is nothing I can do about it " so we ended up just feeding the food to our dogs, it was a waste of money & I won't ever eat there again.
