I ordered two burritos, one without sour cream, a medium drink, and 2 sides of salsa. They gave us the food, then told us to have a nice day without giving us the drink or salsas, whatever it happens, but then we get back to our house and low and behold there was sour cream on both of the burritos and an extra side of it we didnt even order, and they charged us for it! it was a simple request, and they didnt give me the salsas i asked for. The food is good, im just angry that they either didnt listen or dont care to.

The food was hot and it was ready in a timely manner. However, I noticed that in the last month or so, that their food has gotten saltier. Normally I wouldn't complain but the beans were not edible just too salty for my family and myself! The chips normally don't have salt and now they do? Idk. Thais is my taco bell but at this rate I may not be eating here anymore all together! Definitely disappointing 😞!

Update: I've went from a 3 to a 4. The burrito I received was a little small but they brought me another and I didn't even ask for it. I did ask if this was regular size. The rice and other sides were excellent. I'll eat here again.
I am not sure what is happening with this location but quality is way down. Most of the rice was hard and dried out and both quesos was filled a little over halfway. Get back to the quality you had in the beginning and we will try again in a few months.

I went inside to pick up a door dash,was told upon arrival,they would be with me shortly. Took 5 minutes for anyone to speak to me and another 7-10 to receive order,yall got to do better

was in a hurry & ran thru drive thru. ordered 10 tacos was given 2, no biggie so i went inside to order the remainder. i waited 10 mins just to get to my car and find i was given 8 burritos ?♀️ i didn’t have time to go back inside a second time so i threw away $25 worth of burritos. two younger people were running the counters but the blame doesn’t fall on them because they were working with no manager in sight to teach them to repeat orders or check receipts.
