Looks like I get to add to the recent string of negative reviews. Ordered a 9oz filet mignon cooked medium well, received a bloody filet the size of a roll. Called the waitress over and she said she must've switched it with someone else at the table ... we all ordered medium well. Sent it back to be cooked longer ... well ... half of it was still bloody. There comes a time when you just say screw it and ate the good half.

This place used to be good but it's gone down hill.

After a thirty minute wait, our food arrived. The steaks were just about room temperature and not warm enough to melt the butter on them. Considering the higher prices, I expected better service and good food but that was not the case at all. We left after not eating the cold food and were still charged more than half the price. Thankfully the Casey's across the street had some warm pizza available.

Clean and nice atmosphere. Food quality sub par at best currently. When it opened it had a good menu arrangement and more on the plate when spending your money. Seemed flagship for the Cherokee Nation.
The food taste and presentation was top notch. Now, it's cheap extra fatty steaks, dry chicken, side purchases costly. Your paying for atmosphere not quality food. Service okay since a little robot brings it out generally. Drink timeliness hit or miss. The atmosphere to the cost doesn't balance out and really a waste of money now. Maybe pregame drinks at the bar okay before hitting the slots is worth it. Food is not.

Went and had a nice get together with some close friends and family for new years at the restaurant inside the casino. When we arrived the waitress came to the table and half a** greeted us and we asked what a paper that was inside the menu that said the special was and she rudely replied "that's only for our V.I.P. members" The robot brought out our starters and it sat beside our table for 5-10 minutes and finally I had to ask a security guard that was standing near the bar flirting with a server wether we are supposed to get our own food off the cart or if someone else does. After asking that the server she was chatting up and our server we had seen earlier came over and started handing the starters out. It was not busy at all, we were surprised since it was New Year's Eve but it was absolutely crazy how long it took to get our starters, beverages, and entrees. There were issues with our orders. It was definitely not an enjoyable experience this time. We made the best of it and enjoyed each other's company but the meals and service was far from on par for the price that was paid. 😭 Also that robot they use to send the food out almost hit one of us guest 2 different times while sitting in our chairs and it just stopped right beside her within inches of her while she was just sitting in her seat and after about 5 minutes a waitress came by and scooted it out of the way manually. It was definitely a let down as far as the experience this evening!

Came in for lunch.. it was not busy the hostess at the front said they were too busy, she was helping and she sat us down went back to the front and host was playing a game on the computer. we sat there for 45 minutes with no service at all … decided to leave.. completely unacceptable service.

they want $30 dollars for JUST a steak , then you have to buy all of your sides separately!! which is ridiculous, sorry but we walked out

Although there are multiple servers working, it seems as though ours has been super busy with three tables. We didn't get plates for appetizers, waited 20min for a drink refill, and the music is all over the place. Supposed to have bread as well, I think. It was bad enough that I'm assuming the food will be par and I didn't want to foet details leading up to me eating my feelings.

Food this time same as last. Tastes good, but room temperature. Maybe a tad warmer. It will be good at home when warmed up. The baked potato did not melt the butter by the time we left.

Severely under staffed! 2+ family's were on a wait but only 2 tables were seated in the entire restaurant? The house wine is Barefoot? After seating us at a just wiped down table, (wet) the waiter was in such a hurry he only took the order from 2 of our party of 4. That was enough and we left without ordering food. Caution advised, I hope they improve

Will not return. Waiting over an hour for food. When I asked what was the issue, I was told they are pulling the order together. No follow up, no explanation beyond they are pulling it together . A back water place in a nice town. I am glad others weee able to get their food on time.

My steak came out cold, server was crappy and not reliable with service, for the price of the food it should’ve been better. Had over an hour wait on the food.

I wish I could really say something worthy of this place. The inside of the place looked like it falling apart. The wall mounts, trophy, animals were all dusty and the hanging plants were dying. I had the buffey , lot of the food holders were empty, so I had to wait a while for them to be replenished. Catfish was my favorite as well as the Ribs. Just had to wait to long to get it going. My friend ordered a meat meal, not much on the meat for him. I had to grab a couple of ribs for him from the Buffy. Not a good day for the restaurant.
