My husband and I wanted to try this Pizza Hut and read recent reviews that were not very positive. They have been about customer service and how employees working there are not very pleasant. We wanted to give it a chance. We arrived and the employee at the counter was not inviting at all and was not very pleasant. I would love to give her credit for her unpleasant behavior but she was not wearing a name tag. We still were giving it a chance and sat down. She mumbled something as she was walking away. My husband said he thought it was “I’ll be back for your order.” There was no one else in the dining area. We sat there while she decided to clean the only table that was dirty and didn’t even bother to ask us if we wanted drinks. They get one star because we couldn’t even stay to determine any other areas star rating. We walked out!

Cody was extremely rude. My gf went in there and nobody said anything to her just walked by. So when I walk in and asked loudly where the pizza at the girl behind the counter finally addressed me and said they had to wait on the manager. When the manager finally appeared sweaty and disoriented, he was extremely rude about having to get our order.

Absolutely worst service I’ve ever had at a Pizza Hut. Had a lady walk passed me 4 times without even acknowledging my presence. When the manager Cody came out of the bathroom he was an absolute menace. He was the rudest manager I’ve ever encountered. Do better.

It's gone to crap just like everything else I just took my pizza back and then had to go to two different places just to get something to eat. And it's still gross. It's like as soon as you get it try again. I want gas reimbursements. Stop trying to steal are money fast food we work way harder than you do for are money. Week later still no refund. That's theft.

great job. I live in Shawnee but went to tecumseh Pizza Hut. Plan on going back again. Shawnee isn't the same. Used to be good. But Tecumseh was great. Thank you.

The pizza at this pizza hut is the best of anywhere. I have ordered from other pizza hut and they just don't even compare. The staff is always friends . Highly recommend the Tecumseh Pizza Hut.
Under new management. Cheesy bread sticks we're fresh, cheesy and hot out of the oven. wings were crispy and on point. pizza was hot and fresh. service was fast and friendly. restaurant was CLEAN, even the higher areas most people miss were dust free. 5/5 stars. give them a try! the cook even helps the server deliver the food steaming right from the oven.

This pizza hut has gotten our orders wrong twice in a row and wrong every other time. How hard is it to look at an order ticket and follow it. Eating out is expensive now days I shouldn't be paying almost 50 dollars for two pizzas and not get what I ordered. What tf is going on at your restaurant
