Under new management. Cheesy bread sticks we're fresh, cheesy and hot out of the oven. wings were crispy and on point. pizza was hot and fresh. service was fast and friendly. restaurant was CLEAN, even the higher areas most people miss were dust free. 5/5 stars. give them a try! the cook even helps the server deliver the food steaming right from the oven.

Ordered buffelo wings, breadsticks and cheese bread. The outside of the wing bowl was covered in something sticky. The breadsticks were flat like something heavy sat on them. They were handed to me on top of the cheesebread box. It was dark so I didn't notice until I got home but they were so greasy they were inedible. I literally ate one end peice that survived and threw the rest out. There was so much grease on the top and bottom and the grease soaked into the box lid of the cheese bread. Very disappointed! I try to be loyal to hometown establishments but if it happens again I will be trying the Casey's food that everyone raves about. Definitely $52 wasted.......

The food wasn't all that great. And when I went to pick my food up, the lady asked for a tip when I pick up my own food.I don't get it when I go to other restaurants.I don't give them tips. And the lady threw the drive through was rude

Was a great trip to pizza hut in general. The 3 stars for atmosphere is result of the payment process.
This was a call in order, and I picked it up at the drive-thru. At time of payment, the pizza hut employee asked me about a tip; something like "would you like to tip 10, 15, 18(?) or 0 percent?"
The question was delivered very pleasantly, but for me, the question in general is inappropriate for a pick up order (maybe I'm wrong here).
Prior to this visit, I have always been given a receipt to sign and add a tip to if I choose; I'd suggest this is more appropriate.
I am not averse to tipping; am I wrong about this? Maybe. Just not a fan of being put on the spot to tip.
By the way, the food was great. Stuff crust, cheese sticks (never had before, great), and boneless wings.

Me and my family came to this restaurant on Monday October 14th 2024 around 6:40pm. We’re getting out of the truck and unloading our 2m old baby and 8yr old son and this older lady and younger man start walking up from this table down far away from the restaurant to then tell us she is not taking anymore dine in customers because she is the only waitress. Mind you we have came here two other times and she’s always the only waitress and they’re never busy here!!! The last time we were here she starred at me like the whole time I was sitting giving me ugly looks for no reason. I never talked to her or anything so no clue why she had an attitude, not my fault she works there and hates her job that much. Long story short my boyfriend goes in to tell them we drove 20 minutes to come eat here and then she wants to say “oh we will let you eat and give you a discount” Yeah too late for that and last I checked you can’t just tell customers to leave when you don’t even run the place!! I’ve sent in a complaint and I will say never in my life have I seen such bad customer service here!! The employees are lazy and don’t even acknowledge you when you say hello to them! I’m not one to ever leave a review but this lady working here needs to find another job that doesn’t involve having to be around people since she is so rude!! Never will I go back here, we left and took our business to mazzios down the road and it was so good and customer service was amazing!! The food here is trash anyways. I went in at 6:43 on Tuesday, I was greeted by a woman as I was unloading my family from the truck. She said they were not willing to accept any dine in customers. I walked in to the empty restaurant and spoke to the guy behind the counter. I asked for corporate's phone number, and he disappeared never to be seen again. The lady from earlier walked up with a change of heart and offered to seat me and my family. It was too late for that. It's not difficult to just bring people their food, heck I did it for years. It's a shame to lose a customer that had came there a few times, and was on the way to becoming a regular.

We order here quite a bit just because it's close and our kids like it and it's easy well tonight after my son's football game I called in a take out order for just 2 large pizzas and when I came to the drive through the lady asked if I was paying cash or card. When I said card she said "there's a line at the bottom for a tip..." and even pointed to it but without thinking about it I said I can tip in cash. Then when she went to run my card I though about it... why is she telling me that when I came to get my own order.... so she came to the window and I asked her how much she makes hourly and she told me 10$. I gave her the tip anyway but it's really crazy she's asking people to tip her considering I'm a waitress making 2.13$ an hour and would NEVER in a million years ask one of my customers if they were going to tip me or not. Especially if I made 10$ an hour and didn't do literally anything other than my HOURLY JOB. I used my own gas to go get my own food. I don't tip at mcdonalds... so I don't understand why she expected me to tip her there.

Got 4 Large Pizzas for Take Out for a Group of workers doing jobs for us. Asked for Well Done on Pizzas since ordering Deep Dish. Spent $80 and Pizza was awful. I wasn’t the only one agreeing to that. On a time schedule so impossible to call management and complain.I’ve always Loved Pizza Hut so dunno what happened guys. Guess we should have gotten super thin crust, maybe it would have been a lot better. Just be aware when ordering out. Don’t leave until your POSITIVE YOUR GETTING WHAT YOU ORDERED. Tecumseh OK. Really disappointed. We’ve eaten here quite a few times but this pizza today had apparently been premade and re-heated in an oven or microwave. Crust was inedible and even the meat was over baked. Too bad. Hello, Mazzios.
