Only doing three stars because we went and got breakfast here, my husband and I both ordered the ultimate, the cheese wasn't melted, and it had no zesty sauce, which is disappointing cause it was not the first time. The staff is amazingly sweet though!

There isn't a loyalty point program. Sonic wants you to have the app, but there isn't any benefit except to get ads for discounted product. Fast food already does that all over; no matter where you go. Where's the loyalty?

I only rate this way because of two specific ladies that work here during the day. One carhop and one lady that works the window. Very awesome and amazing. Everyone else is lazy mean and ALWAYS on their phones and the customer has to wait for them to finish before they will help you. Management included. Not recommended for food. Just sodas

Everytime i come to this location or any now n days in general there drinks never taste the same they always get my food wrong i wait at least 20 mins or so eveytime i go.. I don't try to complain cuz i use to work as a carhop ik the struggle of being one... And how rude ppl can be etc... But i don't try to go there as much scene i quit working for sonic.. Cuz none of my orders will never be the same unless i make it myself....

Stopped by during happy hour for some drinks. I spoke with the manager. He was super friendly and great customer service. I accidentally got a diet cherry limeade instead of a regular and he was very friendly offered to fix it right away and give me a coupon for a free drink. Very good customer service and super friendly.
