I am so sick of ordering a shake from this sonic and it takes almost 15/20 minutes then it comes out melted so bad because it sat there for ever. I have ordered ice cream cones that is melted all over the place and all they do is walk away when I try to send it back to get it fixed.

Management claims paychecks aren't printed til 3pm. Two pay periods in a row, my son was refused his check at 3pm. Manager doesn't want to hand checks out til 415pm, when the employees (high school kids) that are waiting have to be at work at 430pm.

Tots were twice cooked, and the bacon was not cooked all the way. Asked for light ice and still got over half a glass, the whole bag was covered in grease. The food was the worst I've seen it.

Went to sonic to get a chillie cheese coney. The hotdog was so old and hard it tasted THE WORST !!!! LIKE JERKY. Disgusting!!!! And the manager offered me coupons. What a joke. I'll never eat there again.
This Sonic consistently gets orders wrong and easily has the slowest service.

This place has really gone especially since they have a drunk manager all the time named wes .... When the car hops are complaining because they can't get help to get a drunk out of the building and he argues with customers and tries to overprice people on their orders I'm not too happy with the service here the only good manager is Brett

I'd give it a 1.5 star overall, why would you ever go to this restaurant it's swarming with flies, I asked to go to the restroom and so I went, it was unusabled due to the 30 swarming flies and the cockroach in the trashcan. They were also giving me a very hard time on my online orders and the inside where they cook food was similar to a mechanic shop except a lot more flies and the food is ridiculously overpriced compared to a nice restaurant such as bamboo garden
