This store has gone through alot , from staff and management changes, it at one time was borderline line down for such a new store, rude employees and lazy management. Went in there today and the store is really clean, service was fast, and employees smiling and happy to serve. Food was fresh, atmosphere is ok, just store is small. Definitely 1000 percent improvement with new management, and employees who care, Definitely will make the stop for my sandwiches.

If I give lower than 1 star I would . Me and my husband stopped her for a bite to took 15+ minutes to make 1 sandwich. Then my husband asked to use the restroom and they refused him one guy said yes the other said no just completely ridiculous and very poor services needs to be shut down .

The good: our sandwiches were good as usual. However, the lady who waited on us (I think it was the manager or the person in charge) was not friendly and seemed to be in a snit. They weren’t accepting the Subway coupons. They didn’t have American cheese, really? The drink case was completely empty. The cookie case was completely empty. The atmosphere wasn’t comfortable as the two employees were discussing company issues. Just not a great experience.

New building, same terrible workers. Ordering feels like a burden to the employees. Bread and cookies are rarely fresh.

No coupons allowed here!! Whoever owns the franchise is sooooo off-kilter (and, quite frankly, rather daft) for not allowing coupons at this location. That's a wonderful way to lose business. I don't have anything bad to say about the workers or food, but will not be returning because of that--it's way too overpriced without the coupons.

I have been there 3 times. The employees are ALL very manic. Very high on something. Forget about what you said 15 seconds after you asked. Seems like you walked into a nut house. Never going back to that place. Craziest thing I ever walked into.

Ordered via doordash 5 times. The last three times we received barely any meat and/or veggies. When your sandwich tastes mostly like bread and nothing else, it's disappointing. We stopped ordering from this store.

There was only one employee and so they were low on stock and had no wraps but my sandwich was perfection. I wish I'd gotten the kids name but he did a really great job being by himself with many customers.

They have had one really nice guy working there who goes out of his way to accommodate, but he has not been there my last few times. This location is constantly out of items. It is clean for the most part, but most of the staff are NOT friendly or welcoming.
I am so disappointed in the price Subway is now charging for mediocre food. They skimp so much on veggies, meat, and charge a small fortune. I had a flatbread tuna salad, 1.5oz bag of chips, & med drink and it was over $15!! I had a VERY nice Italian meal 2 nights ago and it was less than $15!
When I approached the guy taking care of me about the price and where did he get it from he was next to rude. They did not have it clearly listed on the board and he did not offer how he was going to tabulate my cost. I will not give them another penny for this quality of food and service. I was so upset with myself for even ordering something.

My dad is addicted to subs, so I get sandwiches for them a lot. Always slow, short staffed and won't take a $50 bill even if the order is over $20. Just poorly managed.

This place is always understaffed, any time I place a mobile order they never get it right even tho it’s all written on the receipt and they are always at least 20 mins behind on mobile orders. When they are busy they get lazy and rude. They are also out of things all the time and their drive thru is never open. I ordered my sandwich today at 3:10 and it’s now 3:45 and my sandwich is still not finished. After getting home neither sandwich was toasted as requested, and they forgot cheese on one of them. This quality of work is insane.
