I think the 1Star "Curtis" review is a bit low when "Curtis" gave a 5/5 rating on food. I think a more realistic review would be the bread can be a bit tough for some reason, but the rest of the ingredients taste fresh. However, they do have a problem with cross contamination regarding the toppings. For example a few pieces of onion will be in the salad mix or olives and if your allergic or simply hate the taste you might experience a nasty surprise when you eat your sandwich from this location. The staff is very nice, but extremely new. All of them seem to be learning quickly enough, but 1 employee (an older woman) struggles to get the orders done at a reasonable pace, but she's nice while trying. Lastly, The music is TOO LOUD! Employees constantly ask customers to repeat themselves and I've said something but the employees say they can't do anything about it. On my last experience I asked one last time if they could fix it and a guest next to me said they asked before I got there. The issue was never fixed. Take some Advil before you go inside and don't use the drive thru if your worried about surprise bits of unwanted ingredients in your sub because you'll need to see them make it to be sure everything is ok. Not a bad place and better than a lot of subways.
