1st time eating at Kitchen 81 inside the riverside casino & i was very happy with my food that they served me especially with their specials, on each day of the week, especially the responding service as well, but the one thing, this review did not get a 5 star review was because there is a mice problem within the restaurant, & thankfully, I finished my food before ever recognizing, there was a mouse underneath my table. Hiding as well. The restaurant and the casino need to take care of this situation! Immediately! Before it gets shut down, by the health department. I could give this a 2 or 1 star review, but at least the food over there that they make, is very good to okay good.

There was a mouse running around under the tables while we were eating. According to the nice cashier, this happens all the time! So disgusting, it's one thing for one to run in (automatic doors and all), but another for this to be going on for months! Another review from 4 months ago says the same thing. Health department needs to come in asap!! So disgusting 🫣

On 6/14/2025 at roughly 12 noon we were eating lunch and mice were running around the dining area this was embarassing as we were celebrating fathers day and we had some out of town guests with us that have never been to a casino this is probably gonna be their last time at a casino, i worked fast food most of my life this is totally unacceptable and for the staff to blow off the customers that were scream because they were scared of mice really really unacceptable there were no apologys said and there was a full room of dining customers so i doubt this will be your only complaint i give this resataurant 0 stars as this was the most disgusting thing i have ever witnessed

Way overpriced for what you're served. Tonight, we received two small burgers no sides and a steak finger plate for $40. Burgers were supposed to come with tator tots but they "forgot" to serve them with the burgers. I customized my burger due to allergies and they did not adhere. Guy at the register, rude as heck.

Been twice.. probably won't be a 3rd. First time was dine in. Ordered the chicken fried steak. Ended up with chicken fried chicken. Don't get me wrong, delicious.. Did carry out, by time I drove the 20 miles home, I received 0 sides... staff needs to pay closer attention. I may try again in a few months.

I actually been one of the managers here and being honest a lot of people love the food. Not a surprise but I make this my last resort since I work here but our green beans out of this world Santa fe beans too if the morning cook follows the recipe Now our flour and season mix recipe for our flour to me is salty but people love it especially the fried cat fish which is a number one seller on most night we do have specials Mon-Thru which at times be a best seller even though our creativity is limited but if we're slow we can almost make what ever except Chinese food or pizza My favorite Maccaroni and too that should be a special or item of choice but honestly it needs to be doctored up. The point is we do it all and our food to me is an 8.5 out of 10. It's not fast food but it's delicious and hits the spot. Just not that Jack pot but we get you right for your money. The reason I don't give a 5 star review is because nobodies perfect unless you think we are hit that fifth star. I Also feel like we need to expand and be open to outsider other than just catering to the casino nothing against the casino. Just I might just come here myself If I didn't have to walk thru a casino where I myself can't or drink at the bar.

I don't want to say it was bad but I have had better. The place was not full but service was still slow as one of the servers mentioned they were understaffed on a Sunday??? The sauces tasted like they were out of jars, not that it's bad alone, but I expected more from a restaurant inside a casino. The value was on par with casino food but a little pricey for what we ordered. Hire more people.
