I have been here several times over the years and stop whenever I go past exit 1 on I 40 West. Alas, as with all things they are now semi retired and have cut back on the hours the Windmill restaurant is open. Now only Tuesday through Friday 11 AM to 7 PM. I usually get the combo plate which allows you to pick two barbecue items with two sides. The cost is half the price of what I pay in Arizona and the food is excellent. The owners are friendly and will meet your needs if possible.
