OMG, I'm so upset I didn't find this place sooner! My wife and I split the sampler and didn't even come close to finishing it. All of the meats were absolutely fantastic. The smoky flavor mixed with the seasoning is so good that we both forgot to try the BBQ sauce until we were almost full. A mix of the hot and sweet BBQ sauces worked best for us. We used it sparingly because the meat doesn't need it. I usually avoid burnt ends, but theirs are on another level...
Candy our waitress was excellent!!!! Listen to everything she says especially if it's the 1st time like us. She suggested to mix 2 of homemade BBQ sauces which we did & it was our favorite but we didn't need much because all the meats were seasoned so well & smoked to perfection. Spouse & I shared the sampler platter which we took over 1/2 home not because it didn't taste good. Husband doesn't even like burnt end & ribs until he tried theirs....
We heard Heather's closed in Stockyard City and that they were replaced by B-RAY'S BBQ. Decided to try it for lunch. Ordered 2 pulled pork sandwiches one with fries the other with potato salad.Pulled pork was great. Came with a quartered dill pickle and some onion slices. Serving size was enough for two sandwiches.Sides were not included and were extra. Potato salad wasn't that great. I wanna say it had miricle whip in it and needed more mustard could have been...
