Braum’s Family Farm Tour

Driver..., no tour...delivered ok, but it would be good to see a sign showing to turn right for deliveries instead of following google maps thru back roads, gravel roads and to the wrong location which is for tours...2 miles from delivery location.

The store no college in Fayetteville,Ar is dirty!
I didn’t make a picture this year but was in the store about 1:30 pm! Two years ago I was in this same store and it was worse than dirty and I made a picture of that! Just don’t understand how people can stand to work in a mess that bad and how a customer can stand it! I do remember when it was a joy to go to braum's with my family and friends!!!! July 4, 2024

My recent visit to Braum’s Family Farm Tour, located at 491 County Street 2880, Tuttle, OK 73089, was nothing short of a nightmare, all thanks to an individual named Quinten Walsh. As a truck driver, I’ve seen my fair share of unprofessionalism, but this experience takes theQuinten Walsh. His demeanor was beyond disrespectful, displaying a complete disregard for basic courtesy and professionalism.From the moment I arrived, Walsh’s attitude was appalling. He was rude, unhelpful. His lack of respect for visitors, including myself, was palpable and made the entire experience incredibly uncomfortable.

Drivers making a delivery to Braums, do not get on Banner rd to enter/exit this facility. Banner street is agricultural land private property and a total nightmare navigating through.

Got there 6hrs early and they got me out the door in 35 mins

It's the farm not the store.. good friendly people .

I had a Saturday delivery at 0600. Was empty with BOLS in hand at 0835. Professional & courteous employees.Overnight parking is available.Port-A-John is on sight.Frozen products go the North Receiving Freezer. If delivering on Saturday, don't even bother going to the North Rcv Freezer as (NO is there). Instead, check in at the office located on the North side of Main Warehouse. Refer to the attached picture.

An amazing place to deliver. Courteous and Professional Employees. Overnight Parking Available. It's a City onto itself. Can't wait to come back. Delivered, in and out 1.5hrs. AWESOME experience and Thank you .

Just good ice cream. One suggestion, you should introduce a new hot hamburger. So many times when I get a hamburger the meat is cold, the cheese is cold, the bread is cold. I know you must hurry and get them made for the drive thru. But for someone who would rather have a hot hamburger you could cook it fresh, melt the cheese on the meat, heat the bun. It makes a 100% better hamburger.

It's a pretty cool sight. For myself who enjoys the wide open country. There's nothing out there other than the farm, a couple houses and wind turbines. It's a great place to get lost.
