everytime we come here, it takes them atleast 5/10 minutes just to answer the stalls, & we wait over an hour to get our food. &if it's just drinks, we wait for 20+ minutes. for two drinks.

Beware of the ice! I’ve been buying this ice for my water cup for months and kept running into this awful rancid onion taste in my cup. it finally dawned on me it was the melted ice from sonic causing it.
I assume the ice maker needs cleaned OR it’s Tuttle water. regardless, It was PUTRID.
It’s a good Sonic otherwise! Im just hoping this pushes management to look into this issue.

Daytime, they are good. Evening… we’ve ordered ore than once and waited over 45 minutes and not received food.

Edit: Waited over an hour. Watching an employee through the window just standing in one place drinking a shake. This place definitely lacks communication and efficiency. The carhop was very apologetic and kind.
An hour wait for two combo meals is way beyond ridiculous. It’s not even busy, about 3 other vehicles here.

Waited 23 minutes for cold runny breakfast burrito.
Tried to call multiple times with no answer. Said a hot fudge sundae is unavailable but a strawberry shake is. I haven’t had a bad experience with this sonic in 8 years I’ve lived here. But, really!!! Your a retail business open certain hours. Answer the phone!!!
