Online app was not working, they forgot my drink and ran out of ranch. fries WAYYY too salty and everything was cold. very understandable why the rating is low
I don't order food here anymore. A myriad of messed up orders and a lack of urgency for a fast food restaurant, I only get ice here now and that takes on average 20 minutes and that's when the drive through is actually open. Takes longer when I use a stall.

I mean… it makes sense now why this has such low stars. Their drive thru isn’t even open, for one. Two, it shouldn’t take over 30 minutes for “fast food.” The workers don’t even act like they are in a rush. Just a “leisurely” pace. This place probably just survives because it’s one of the only places in town. If you’re out here playing sports? Don’t come here or you may be late back to your games.

The food suffers from the owners wishing to skimp as much as possible to save a dime or two here and there. I have heard it is not a great place to work at due to the stresses of management who severely underpay their employees and minimally staff the establishment. This Sonic used to be one of the best places in Tuttle but now it is just a shameful eyesore. The drive thru is permanently closed and the whole atmosphere shouts "help me"! I honestly would feel it may dk better under corporate management instead of being a franchisee. I really want this place to be great again, but after so many dissapointing years, I just don't think that will happen. Go to Mustang or Yukon or any other Sonic.
EDIT: I just got a cipy and oaste response everyone gets when they speak the truth about this place. For that reason I have dropped the service stars from 3 to 2.

Put in order. { No Senior Discount(??) This business evolved through people now Seniors.} Ordered one banana and one chocolate shake. Rec'd one shake with both flavours.(??) Had to reorder one more chocolate. Cover was not put on, just perched on top. Car occupant picked it up and because top not attached, major part of contents lost in interior of car. A very bad experience. Went home, tried to report it. No answer.To precis this experience? Not impressed one bit. That was 30 minutes ago.
