literally the worst sonic I have ever visited. Horrible service horrible food please don’t ask me if I want my change I will tip you if it is deserved. Please close down having you in Tuttle is disappointing. The space you occupy could be better used for so many things. That aren’t an atrocity to the fast food industry. The sonic corporation should be embarrassed of this location if they care at all about their name maybe they should consider doing something about it.Dietary restrictions: I don’t know what to say other than eating at this location is a great way to stay on a diet. rancid food that makes you sick is a great way to lose weight.

It is sad how much this place has fallen. The happiness and smiles are gone from the servers. The food doesn't take much time to get and always comes to me hot. I am sure because those items are friend and maybe refried. That is what they do best. The fries and tots don't seem to get salted anymore, burgers are either bland or way too salty, the slushes seem like there is more syrup than years ago. I personally don't love the intense artificial flavor. The shakes are really sweet but also a great treat. Sonic isn't really "bad" but, it has lost its fun and charm. Way too many times on the menu and all of the limited menu items coming and going. I am sure it is annoying and makes it hard to deal with supplies and demand.

Businesss really need to learn to update the website when they are going to be closed. Checked the hours since it is Christmas Eve and it had their holiday hours up for today saying it closes at 9 on Christmas Eve but when we went they were closed. Normally I wouldn’t care but when the hours are up on the website then they need to be accurate.

Sick of this franchise, been awful for years straight. Order through the app for ASAP and they still take 40 minutes to make your order, having to leave because it’s so heavily underemployed that they have maybe 3 people working at once. Doesn’t help the food is mild, found hairs in my food all the time.Even had an experience a couple months ago where they put peanuts in my blast, I specified no peanuts because I am allergic, had an allergic reaction to said peanut.Awful franchise and horrible employment, needs to be either reworked or entirely shut down.

My friend and I order our lunch at 10 o'clock on the app and requested it to be finished by 11:15. We had to go back to school by 12:00 and had politely asked serial times to have our food given to us. We pushed the red button and the would not answer. We also called them and asked to have our food given to us and the hung up. We where late for class and ended up tarty.

Why has corporate not shut this place down ask for buffalo wings you get chicken kernels ordered onion rings I got one onion ring and tots no sauce paid for it all then no refund after waiting 30 minutes which is avarage the town idiots can say there understaffed no it’s a bunch of dope heads and
