I had the pick 3. Tamale, spinach enchilada, and cheese enchilada with rice and beans as well as the bacon wrapped japs. It was a really good meal. The enchiladas had great flavor and a good portion of stuffing. I would prefer a little more sauce but it was really good. The tamale had a good flavor and also a good ratio of filling to casing. Food, service, and atmosphere were great. We got there at about 530pm on a Saturday and there were only a couple people there. I got the blazing steak fajitas and my wife got the chicken quesadillas. Both were great!

We've eaten here several times and it has always been good. It sits back from the main road so you have to know it's there. It's the "new" Mexican restaurant in Valliant. We like the other choice as well (Cielito Lindo) but they always have flies in the restaurant and it gets tiresome shooing them to keep them off your food! Mi Ranchito is large and there is plenty of room. It looks like they are set up to have a buffet line but we've never seen it open when we've been in there....read full review
