Updated review. This use to be my favorite place but things have changed dramatically!!!!! The service is beyond slow and disorganized. Waited over 15 minutes just to get drink order. Couldn't keep 5 orders straight even with pencil and pad. Never stopped to check how we were doing throughout our visit even with only 2 other tables with people in the whole place. Worst of all the Mayor's Nahcos, the meat was nonexistent, they piled chips on the bottom then added cheese to make it to look like layered nachos when in reality just a bunch of chips. Food also came out cold. I am hoping this was simply a hiccup in service and food and not the new norm for this place.

We finally decided to try Rustic Cantina. It's definitely more Tex-Mex, but it was really good. I had the Indian Taco, and it was a really nice mix of soft and crunchy bread. The chips were store bought, but they were the best chips. Crunchy, but it seemed to melt in your mouth. The salsa was very thick and flavorful and even a bit warm to hot. The kind of heat that builds up over time. My husband had the Smoke Show Taco which is smoked brisket. He said they were pretty damn good, so I tried a bite. They are pretty damn good. My only complaint is the sweet tea wasn't sweet enough. Not bad for the small town of Vian, OK.

Don't sit at the bar if your eating or having a drink. The bar top slopes, drops or slides down about 2 to 3 inches down and away.... so does your food and drink. If you make the same mistake as I did. All and All Awesome place to have for the Town of Vian and its residents.

Great spot to stop. Especially if you are traveling between Arkansas and Oklahoma. The billboard on the highway caught my eye and it was definitely worth the stop. Great food and a good selection of tacos to meet whatever your favorite flavor desires are. Full bar with a wide selection of spirits and brands and 8 beer taps (or 8 that I see). Great friendly staff. I'm sure I will stop in next time I pass by.

Best upscale tacos in the area! But I highly recommend the steak quesadillas. Great environment for parties and family dining.

Not sure where the negativity comes from. Vian has needed a place like this. Great food, very nice place to eat.

First time there. Was a lil disappointed that they don't come to youre table to take youre order but they bring youre order. We were both disabled my sister could barely walk but we made it work. The food is wonderful. The mix drinks not so good. Gorgeous lil place. 3 tacos and 1 mix drink was 30.17. So it's a lil pricey. My sister had 2 tacos and a dr. Pepper her bill was a lil over 17.00. I must say the fish tacos were delicious and they don't skimp on their tacos they were big and delicious. Ill probably return next time I'm in town visiting.

Stopped in for lunch on the way to Arkansas. Had goat taco, pork carnitas taco and huge bowl of guacamole. Great tacos with large assortment of options! Friendly service too!

My husband and I enjoyed our first time at Rustic Cantina for the Halloween costume contest. Service was prompt and friendly enough. It was a little busy but the servers seemed to stay engaged. The food coming out could have had a better system as our food was taken to a different table first but not really a problem. They had our drinks in stock and beer on tap was cold. The menu was full of flavorful items. We ate light with the dip trio. Chips were fresh, light and crisp. Guacamole was really good, queso rocked and the salsa had a smoked chili flavor. A little different but good. We are already planning our next visit and the catfish tacos will be tried. Edit: they have plenty of tvs and you can request a channel if you'd like. That was a nice touch to customers. We were able to watch a certain game.Vegetarian options: They had plenty of vegetables to subtract the meat. Not everything had meat on it. Great variety of tacos.Parking: Plenty of free two sided street parkingKid-friendliness: There were families and kids dining.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of tables were wheelchair accessible and the bathroom was large enough.
